I purchased the biometric lock with key pad. Had a friend install them with ease!Setting up the app and connecting the 2 doors was easy. Gateway setup was also easy and even though I have 2 locks, 1 gateway works them both.After the app install I was setting up the codes and fingerprint. They said successful on the app however they would not engage with the locks.I reached out to tech support on a Sunday, after 6:00pm. Got vm at first however I did not leave a message, considering it was a Sunday evening.Within 10 minutes I received a text from the line asking if I still required help.Elaine quickly engaged via text then enabled a video chat with screen sharing to swiftly resolve the issue. She was wonderful!!!! I am very impressed with their support, the quality of the locks and affordable price! Highly recommended!!!!

I ordered this lock because I was tired of hunting for keys when I had my hands full and also to update the curb appeal of our house.InstallationInstallation was easy. I had to drill a hole for the outer handle because we just had a normal knob before but besides that everything was easy with common household tools.Function and DesignEverything seems to function fine right now. Iâve only had the lock for a short time, so I canât say how well it holds up over years and years, however, the design feels high quality and it functions great as far as the keypad, voice control, etc. Iâm a mechanic so I do have trouble with the fingerprint function, of course thatâs not a fault of the lock itâs just me lol. My wife uses the fingerprint function all the time to get in.PriceI was very pleased with the cost of this lock. Most other big brand locks were upwards of $300+ I would say this is a great product for the price.In conclusion, I would definitely purchase from this company again. Instructions were clear and simple. Templates provided for drilling if using a new door, multiple ways of opening the door using the lock. I love this product and will definitely install more of their products if I get a bigger place!

Took alil but of time but finally got the handle on, patience is the key.Next day tackled the key less entry, then trying to understand how to lock the device from your phone or just your finger print wasnât working ð©! Called the 888 number left a message for a return phone call At about 8 pm received a text from Eliane nicely patiently walked me through the steps to get the job lock up and running . If it wasnât for Eliane helping me I would have definitely returned the item back no problem. Amazing customer service they helped make the installation process so easy. They walked me through the steps to make sure that everything was working properly. I did have an issue the next day with adding more finger prints but within minutes I received a text from Eliane stating she would be happy to help me again. Now thatâs GREAT service and itâs speaking to a real person not a robot. Love them â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸Update OCT 11,2024- JUNK ! Remove it finger wasnât reading ANY finger prints! Got tired if hearing the beeps early hours of the mornings when my husband would try to lock the darn door ! Removed it and ready to toss out to the garbage!!!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Love the easy of installation, and using fingerprint for access.
Looking for something to âdressâ up our entry door as well as something we could provide and control access and this Heantie access lock was the perfect all around fit. It easily fit into the existing lockset and deadbolt from the previous lock and we only had to drill one hole for the outside handle (at the bottom). Setup with the app and the gateway was straight forward and love the fact that I can tell Google to lock or unlock the front door. Love the auto lock feature and that you can change the length of time for the auto lock to occur. We also love the fact that each one of our family members can have their own thumbprint or fingerprint for access and that we can put temporary codes in place for anyone that needs to get in the house like an exterminator.We did have one issue, but was easily resolved. The lock wouldnât go all the way into the deadbolt without the key. Figured it out. I had accidentally moved the locking mechanism with the key before I inserted the lock in.I had called support and left a voicemail and within four hours they were texting me back with support. However, I had already figured it out rereading the instructions and correcting my mistake.Also pay attention that youâd have to indicate in the app which way your lock motor turns I didnât do it, but a lot of people and other post had said that their lock wasnât working and then realize that the motor was going the wrong way. The motor direction is controlled by the app.This is the best value for my money, and kind of makes me wish I had more than one front door or door that I could use it on because I would certainly buy another one.

Love the Keypad!
I was able to connect to my Alexa account with no issues and thus can view from my Alexa app if the door is locked or unlocked. This is a great feature if you cannot remember if you locked the door when going to bed or out and about as it provides great peace of mind. The lockset looks fabulous on the outside, but the black box for the deadbolt on the inside is not so pleasing to the eye, but it is very functional and that was what I was seeking. Overall it has been a great addition to my home!

I must admit, I was a little skeptical because of the low price but the reviews never lie. Honestly, this lock exceeded my expectations.The quality and finish is terrific – most importantly, the functionality is easy, seamless and dependable.Love the finger print function – You should enter multiple finger prints to ensure it works properly without errors (just a suggestion). The app used in conjunction with the server is a great addition to flexibility to open and close the lock remotely.I couldn’t be happier and highly suggest this lock!

I have purchased 2 of these entry systems approximately 6 months ago. I feel I can now do a proper review. Upon receiving them they were packaged very well no parts were missing. The installation was easy with the instructions easy to follow. Programming the entry systems was a bit daunting but not to the instructions it was mainly on my part. Once I got the knack figured out it went flawlessly. I did have a issue with one of the systems as I stated I bought 2 of them for the front and back doors. Since we use the back door several times a day at some point the #1 on the key pad stopped working and keep in mine that when the pad is wet the fingerprint may not work.Afterwards, I did contact the after sales service team and spoke to Jackson.Jackson was very helpful and courteous the issue has been resolved.Moving forward Iâm thinking about buying a third one for the garage door.I have no hesitation in recommending the entry system.To end it Iâd like to say thank you to Jackson.

It looks very nice! Sadly after a month or two of use and a few sets of batteries the #5 stopped working. Which was apart of our code. I tried to reset to make a new code but you need to use 1-5 to be able to reset… Cannot change code. Since then, the fingerprint allows any finger to open to door. Not safe. I wrote an email to the shop with no reply. I have to purchase a new one/different brand now

I will say that I love having options for fingerprint, code, or a key – and it’s amazing not having to carry a key around anymore. I also love that I can set different codes for visitors, and even a one-time code for the cleaner. I also love the option to have it auto lock after shutting the door (setting a-timer for 0-60 seconds – 25 seconds works great for us). It also feels like a solid unit made mostly of metal, and not some cheap plastic mechanism.First one malfunctioned after a few months, but customer service quickly worked to try to fix it, and when that didn’t work, they promptly shipped out a new one. So, I’m hoping the new one works just as well as the old one and for a longer time.

We installed the new handle and the new lock quite easily (and it was our first time doing that). I am giving 4 stars because: 1. the fingerprint reader works 80% of the time so it’s a bit annoying and 2. the instructions manual was missing details on how to reset the admin code (i.e. you need to insert the key before being able to reset admin code). I had to communicate with their customer service to get help – which, btw, is amazing! They called me back the same day (there is a time difference) and made videos just for me (mentioning me by name in the video) and showing me what to do to reset admin code. Overall, good purchase especially for the price. I would recommend.

out of the box this door entry handle/lock assembly looks nice and works smoothly. It goes together easy enough if you have a little experience and the fingerprint ID is awesome. I will definitely look at buying another for the back deck door!
