Easy install except for a minor glitch
I had to switch to different wall anchors but otherwise the shelf is first rate. Installed easily and works fine.really appreciated the heavy duty template – also used the template to position the shelf away from the wall.

Great idea and doace saver
Put in laundry room to fokd clothes. The table is sleek and folds nicely. It is out of the way when not needed. The install could be improved. Issues with angles when putting screws and anchors in. The anchors were a bit odd(bright yellow, long and rubbery) but we found a stud so securing was okay. Have to use fir awhile to see if any issues with it pulling away from wall later.

Horrible Design! DO NOT Follow Their Instructions!
The photos tell the story of this train wreck. Seems great that the product comes with a nice template and hefty anchors and screws. But that is where goodness ENDS. The anchors DO NOT anchor in the drywall. They fell right out as soon as attached to the bracket. They did not even support the weight of the bracket.You MUST find and use the wall studs. So, throw out the template, and go get a at least 1 1/2 inch wood screws (heavy gauge), 1/8 drill bit, level, stud finder, and good drill with phillips but to screw into wall. Mark your studs, and then place your brackets on the stud marks (two people is helpful). Mark the hole at the top of one bracket, and then use a level to mark a hole on the other stud for the top of the other bracket. This will securely attach the folding table to your wall.The table itself is nice, but the suggested directions for this are trash. I would NOT buy this product. WASTE of money. Buy one that actually has the RIGHT installation instructions and the RIGHT parts to securely install in your home.

Sturdy, strong, and well built.
Fits well in our travel trailer as a perch for our cats to look out the window and as extra table space. Also, folds thin with ease and out of the way leaving space to work in and around!

OMG WHAT A DREAM COME TRUE!
This fold down table is in my laundry room as a folding table. I love that I can fold it down and out of the way when not in use. Itâs shiny and a very smooth surface, nothing to catch even the silkiest of clothes. The brackets are perfect. I bought a sturdier set just in case, but didnât need them.

Perfect for several uses
The perfect item for our laundry room! It is very sturdy, and mounts securely to the wall. I find myself using it as a writing desk as well as a place to fold laundry. Iâm pretty short, and folding clothes on the counter is not comfortable positioning for me. We placed it at the perfect height for my comfort when folding laundry. That height also works well with a chair pulled up to it for writing. I would think it would make a good place to eat in tight quarters. That might be a bit crowded for 2 people, though. We keep it flat against the wall when not in use. I gave only 4 stars because it has three clasps that need to be opened to fold it back down. It is really difficult to engage all 3 with only 2 hands. If thereâs a trick to it, we havenât stumbled upon it yet. We just do it with two people.
