I’m not going to try and persuade you in anyway that this product is made of good build quality, it’s not, just like a lot of cheap manufactured-overseas products on Amazon. However, much to my surprise assembly went really smoothly, no poorly threaded holes, no parts barely on the edge of being within tolerances. Other than the lack of caster locks, my only complaint would be that the foot rest even when torqued still has noticeable play in it. That said the seat cushion and back rest are comfy enough and it manages to be an upgrade over my old Pep Boys shop stool.

Super chair, awful casters.
This chair was exactly what I was looking for to use at my digital audio workstation. The box it came in was compact and the parts well wrapped and labeled, there was even an allen key included for those who do not already have an allen key set.Looking at the photos I expected the plastic casters it came with to be low quality plastic affairs and upon receiving the unit my assumption proved correct. Thankfully I had ordered a set of urethane âTiconnâ branded casters when I placed the order. That were well worth the extra $20 and fit perfectly into the chairâs caster recesses.I appreciate this chair and sit comfortable on it everyday while working on audio projects in my home studio. The adjustability and ergonomics are perfect for my sitting style, and I do not have the same issue with the foot rest as other reviewers have noted.Pros:-Well designed minimally styled drafting chair that looks great in black.-Wide range of heights for different tasks and positions.-Plush seat pad is comfortable even with prolonged use.Cons:-Horrible stock plastic casters.

Fits my needs
Pretty easy to assemble. I don’t have a lot of arm strength, I had to use a hammer to get the wheels to pop in but it wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t super comfortable to begin with, so I added a strap-on lumbar pillow, a memory foam seat cushion, plus memory foam foot rest, and now it’s super comfortable and I’m really pleased with it. I don’t have a lot of floor space in my bedroom so this works way better for me with sitting at my computer than a full size office chair.

Easy to assemble, not super comfortable
The chair is well packaged, comes with everything you need to assemble it, and the instructions are easy to understand. I canât really speak to durability but the parts fit together well and feel like decent quality, especially for the price. Overall itâs an okay buy.There are two things Iâm not thrilled about:First, the seat itself is not very comfortable. The cushion is thick but it seems domed in the center, so feels like youâre trying to slide off one direction or another all the time. Also, the seat is not very large. Iâm not particularly wide (185 lbs, 6â2â tall) but the seat is definitely sized for small people.Second, the back rest is low and non-adjustable for height. Maybe thatâs standard for bar stool type chairs but Iâd have preferred it to be mid-back rather than lower back. Seems pointless to have it and it gets in the way when trying to sit down, so I removed the back and like it better.Would I buy it again? Definitely not. There are more comfortable options for the same price.

This was a really good buy. It supports well and is truly tall counter height useful. You just have to be careful getting on it on slick floors because it will roll from under you. Other than that I love it and would definitely buy it again. My husband had no problem putting it together.

I needed a simple drafting chair with steels legs and a small round seat that could be raised between 22″ and 30″ and this chair is the closest I could find (this chair can be raised from 23″ to 30″ with seat cushion, close enough for my feet to still touch the ground, so good enough).I’ve had this chair for about a week and am having no back problems or back paiin, unlike the chair I tried before this one. I think this is because the lumbar support on this new chair tilts to fit your back, unlike the other chair which had a static back cushion and a seat that was so long that the lumbar support made no contact with my back, so offered no support. Long story short, this chair fits my body type better (5’6″, 120lbs, small frame) and offers decent lumbar support, so it’s pretty comfortable.Cons: it’s not exactly “cheap” but not the best quality either, the plastic parts seem flimsy and the wheels aren’t great, but it’ll last 2-5 years until i can afford something better, which is all i can afford and all i need for now, so i’m happy with purchase.
