I took my time putting this together and it’s really sturdy. A little shorter than it looks in pictures, and not super cushy on the seat, but those are minor complaints. I think it was a very good value for the price, and it looks great in my home office/guitar room.

Perfect stool but,
The great news is it looks awesome in a music room with guitars which is probably why you’re buying it. It assembles easily and seems to be of very good quality for the price point. The swivel is nice and relieves the pressure allowing you to sit a bit longer. That said, I used to use a couch or chair and I could play for HOURS on them. The setup for playing posture is great on this stool but, the comfort level for me is about an hour or basically a less than average practice session for me. If you alternate, standing and sitting as you would with playing with someone, it’s perfect. If you’re used to digging in solo for multiple hours then I’d go with a better padded stool with a back or something that allows for more cushion in the seat. The reality for me is, buy it for the cool factor in your room but, don’t throw out that chair you love.

The stool seems sturdy and looks good. Some assembly required – wrenches included. The only critique I would make is that you may want to have a longer and thicker wrench to hold the nuts steady. The supplied wrench is a little too small to get a good grip on. Otherwise, well done!

The cushion is fine. If you play for hours you might wish for more padding. Its good for short to medium sessions. Good height for playing guitar with feet flat on the ground. Smooth swivel. Straight forward assembly with good build quality.

Nice Guitar Stool
The stool was easy to assemble and went together in minutes. The brown seat with logo is very attractive and lends a lot to our decor. It seems sturdy and my guitar player said it’s just right (he’s 6 feet tall).
