I do like this one because i am tired of using keys going in my house. This bold fingerprint smart lock is suitable for me . This has an mazing security and functionality. The battery is longer lasting. It is not hard to put together complete of materials to connect and what i like more is i can use google and Siri on my phone to lock and unlock it. Great lock with good options!
At first, the lock wasn’t opening when I punched in the code. There was a card in the product box that asked that a call be made to the manufacturer to resolve any issue before the product is returned to Amazon, so I decided to give them a call.The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and took time to walk me through several scenarios to get to the root of the problem. He patiently waited while I unloaded the batteries and followed his instructions to try a reset. After several attempts, he surmised that the problem may be that the keyboard is faulty and that they would send a new unit.I received a follow-up email the same day with additional steps to take to try to resolve the issue. It turns out that the problem was with me and not the product. There is a button on the keypad that needs to be pressed before and after the access code is entered. Once I figured this out, the lock was working perfectly.So far, this product has been working flawlessly; I would purchase again, and I highly recommend.

WiFi bridge failed after 3 years – U-Tec replaced
The lock has worked great for more than years. The WiFi bridge eventually stopped working. I contacted U-Tec support and they quickly sent out a replacement bridge at no cost. Excellent customer service.

EDIT: Updating review. Customer Service addressed my issues and were proactive.Installed it. No issues. Would auto-lock well. Always unlock for me with my code and the phone app. The away mode was great. Etc. Battery good. Signal good. And then out of the blue with zero warning on a morning when my roofers arrived at my house before 6AM to start work, it decided to auto-lock while I was outside in my PJs talking to the roofers â¦. and not unlock itself when I tried to go back in the house. Nothing. No movement. Just beeped. I frantically ran around my house desperate to get inside, as my dog howled and the roofers looked at me like I was a deranged lunatic. Thank God I had a spare key for my back door out on my patio and managed to break in that way. Now itâs decided to auto unlock itself when I want it locked. Itâs sorta like the guy who canât commit and decides to give you conflicting signals 24/7.

Lousy locks and support. Do not buy.
I initially purchased one of these locks for my personal home and had success. I run an Airbnb property management company so I started using these locks on our properties (have used the locks with the bridge and also wifi built in). I initially had success with a few properties and these locks (and continue to have success). However, it seems like all of a sudden Ultraloqs production quality dropped significantly. Over the last 6 months I tried these locks on 4 different properties and have had nothing but trouble. A few times the locks didnât work at all. Other times locks would work for a few days but eventually stop being accessible by the app and youâd have to go to the lock and remove the batteries to reset it, only for it to work for a few days again before doing the same thing. And a few times Iâve had locks just completely die and nothing could be done to get them to work. Initially Ultraloq seemed to be helpful by sending replacements, but even the replacements they would send seemed to be faulty. I have faulty lock Iâve been trying to get them to replace for several months now. Last I heard anything was a month ago and they told me they were waiting for a new batch of replacement locks. Iâve also noticed theyâre out of stock more frequently. Iâve wondered if they started getting popular and therefore selling out more quickly. And in an attempt to keep up with demand theyâre quality has declined. Recently I added this lock to a property and it didnât work from the start. So I sent it back to Amazon and switched to a different brand and have been having much better success. Itâs a shame. Initially these locks were affordable and worked well. But over the last 6 months have had nothing but trouble (with the locks and their support). So finally decided to move on.

Después de dos meses de uso diario, estoy satisfecho con su funcionamiento.La instalación es muy fácil y está totalmente guiada por el instructivo y videos de instalación. Si por alguna razón, alguna pieza del kit no se puede instalar en tu puerta, puedes usar la pieza que ya tienes en tu cerrojo actual y va a funcionar.Importante señalar, que la primera vez que se usa no abrió de manera total de forma automática, se atascaba. Se soluciona usando un poco de WD40 y listo.A veces tarda unos segundos en conectarse al celular y abrir con la aplicación, pero no es nada que sea más incómodo que llevar llave fÃsica a todos lados. Muy bueno en general.
