This was so easy to install. We also love that there are many ways to open the doir. Key, code and a key card. The app is great as well. Will automatically lock after a certain time that you designate…30, 60, 90 seconds ..si very convenient.

Great Lock With Very Poor Documentation.
Let’s start with the bad. Very poor instructions and documentation. It is poorly written, vague, and missing key information. That is the only reason I gave it 4 Stars. Fortunately, there is a plethora of information online to glean from. First off pair the lock with your phone. Hold the phone close to the lock (2 to 4 inches). Once paired just go to the APP to set the… (Settings/Basics/Admin Passcode) Remember to keep the phone a few inches from the lock when you do this. Don’t use the keypad to try and do this, and do this right after pairing. Yes, you should purchase the Veise G2 Gateway for $35.99. Go online to find documentation for the APP DDLock. It is a wonderful and well-written APP. The lock hardware is high quality and well-built. Install was a breeze and the provided parts will cover all your needs. I used much longer screws for the striker plates and lock mounting to the door. That’s just me though. The provided screws are probably just fine. This integrated with my Google Home flawlessly, and the FOBS was a bonus. I highly recommend this lock and will be purchasing another one for a side door on the house.

Incredible Smart Lock Door
This lock door has a great integrated design, which allows you to have greater security in your home. Its numbers light up when you touch it and it makes a sound to let you know that the code you entered was wrong. It also comes with an App, from which you can manage both Passcodes and Settings. This is our second Lock Door and it is still incredible.Este lock door tiene un gran diseno integrado, el cual te permite una mayor seguridad en tu hogar. Sus numero se alumbran al tacto y emite un sonido para dejarte saber que el codigo introducido ha sido erroneo. Tambien se complementa con una App, desde la cual puede gestionar tanto los Passcodes como los Settings. Este es nuestro segundo Lock Door y la verdad sigue siendo increible.

Amazing lock
At first I didn’t know which lock to choose, but I found yours, I was fascinated by the reviews and I said why not, the installation was super easy, the instructions are very well explained and super easy to understand, plus it comes with others accessories, in case they are needed, in my case I didn’t need them but in case someone needed them, they thought of everything, regarding installing the app on my phone, it was also super easy, I love that you have 3 different ways to be able to open your door, I love the small card, it is super practical and easy to use, in my opinion I recommend this type of lock to anyone, it is super easy to install and gives very good protection to your home, in addition to always being You will feel safe that your house will always be protected and without the risk of an intruder trying to force the lock, on that side I feel very calm about being able to go out to work and not worry, that is why I am very grateful to them, without more than to say, thank you very much for such a good product and also very efficient. The lock itself is good, the G2 Gateway /App a nightmare
The lock looks elegant and was somewhat easy to install ( you need to drill a whole through your door BTW)To control the door remotely, you need to buy a separate device ( G2 Gateway). The Gateway setup/app part has been a total nightmare . The Gateway constantly drops wi-fi ( i work in IT and i guarantee is not my network ). I will use the lock without the remote control .

We love this lock. When you leave your house simply press the pound key to secure your door. No looking for keys or hiding a key for guests to use later. Grandchildren can come in and out without worrying about a key.

Needed to replace our backdoor deadbolt and decided to try out this modern electronic lock. Great product and fits in standard door easily. Took out the old one, installed the new one, and popped in a few batteries. Yes, it’s that simple. Product comes with multiple guides for installing the lock and using the DDlock app. Setup was a breeze. App works pretty seamlessly with product and was easy enough to use. My spouse loves never having to bring her keys anywhere now. Between the classic cut keys, the plastic key fobs, numerical passwords, and Bluetooth entry. We love having so many options. We’re thinking about getting another one for our front door.
