An excellent mat for the money!
I had ordered this mat to run across the tops of our new washer/dryer that we just bought in order to protect the surfaces. I was thinking that the mat would be a thinner, cheaper mat that is sometimes found to be used once and then ends curl, and the mat itself tears. Not this mat, it is quite heavy duty, very clear (not the opaque plastic matting that with little riblets). This mat is very strong and tough, when it arrives it is shipped in a very small box thus causing it to be wound pretty tight. I simply stretched it out on our kitchen table, and put book weights on it to flatten it out. I was worried that it wouldn’t flatten out due to it’s thickness, and would have used a hair dryer to get the plastic to flatten. Thankfully, it did flatten, and after placing it on the washer/dryer, it appeared perfect, allowing the color of both to shine through, and providing quite a bit of overall protection for the tops of the washer/dryer. A fine product.

Not quite what I was hoping for, but good enough.
The door to our garage is in a hallway and I wanted something to protect the carpet there. This does the job well enough, but it slides around much more than I expected it to. I wish it had the little spikes office runners do, but that wouldn’t work for those wanting to use it in the kitchen or on hard floors. It’ll do for now, but we’ll probably use something else there. I’m not sure if I’ll want it in the kitchen at that point because I worry any splash or water or other liquid landing on it will make it a death trap for a clumsy gal like me. I’ll update this review later if changes in opinion or new uses warrant it.

EXCELLENT QUALITY, CLASSY – ALMOST “INVISIBLE” – LACKS “GRIP” TEXTURE – SUPER DURABLE, RECOMMENDED!
This came rolled up and very heavy at first. Once you unroll it, the instructions say to put heavy objects on it for up to 24 hours to flatten it out. That’s not even necessary! All you have to do is re-roll it up in the opposite direction and apply a little pressure to the roll. And VOILA! It’s perfect. It’s super thick and durable and is going to last forever, unlike others that I’ve owned. It’s totally transparent so it’s not an eye sore like others, and I love that! My own only small nitpick is that it doesn’t have any grip texture on it, which is a nice feature I wish it had. But overall, I can definitely recommend this! It’s rare find, very classy and will fit in any environment.

Works great, but could get slick if wet
This is a good clear runner for the hallway. It flattened out well and has a nice thickness and weight. I had to move it to the back door to take a picture, because it was not visible in the picture from the front hallway. I like that the natural wood can be seen clearly and that the wood floor is protected from people walking through with dirty shoes. One downside is that because it has no texture, it could be very slick if wet so be careful on very rainy or snowy days someone could slip.

Good transparent hallway runner to protect your floors
If you have a high traffic area in your home or business and would like to protect your expensive floors then something like this clear transparent floor runner could be helpful for you.It is long being 2′ x 7′ so it can cover a good distance. It did do a good job of protecting our hallway because of its constant use by the household as well as our pets.The runner is easy to clean when it gets dirty and I like that it has a nonslip bottom.

Good thickness and quality for the price but anti-slip stickers are too few, small and cheap
This clear runner rug which I now use in my kitchen is fairly thick and of good quality. Unfortunately, the barely 5/8 inch round “anti-slip” stickers they give you are cheap, and someone apparently can not count up to 6, (see picture) as I only got 5 which I am supposed to place where? The four edges and one in the middle? This runner is 7 feet long! Thinking these stickers would not be enough, I used some carpet tape I already had instead and so far its staying in place and laying fairly flat. So one star off for the cheap stickers and shorting me one, but for the price its a good deal nonetheless.

Nice Item
This is a review of the Vicwe Clear Runner Rug for Hallway. It’s a nice item.Other than the fact that it is referred to as a “rug” (which it is NOT), it’s a very nice item. I needed it to replace an actual rug runner in my basement, and it fit perfectly. It was very easy to lay it down, and after weighing down one side with a heavy item for about a day, it lies there flat as a pancake so no curling up at the edges. Didn’t even need the anti-slip stickers that were included.Now, we’ll see just how well it wears when in actual use in my home, as well if it will start to yellow with age.My verdict: 5 stars.

Good Vinyl Mat
The mat is very flexible and lays flat after a little while. The stickers seem like an afterthought and are too small to be useful for the mat. Otherwise, Iâm very pleased.
