It’s worth the money. It came with 2 extra screws and etc. absolutely no rips, one pillow was squished in shipping, I followed the assembly booklet exactly. YOU NEED an electric screwdriver/drill for the 24screws. Otherwise I was easily able to construct the entire thing with only the tool included. I’m laying on it right now. It definitely needs a soft pad, as the middle flip down arm rest cup holder thing is not soft. Like a yoga mat or something for when you use it as a bed. That should make it great for sleep. My feet hang off, but I’m happy with it.

Awesome RV couch replacement!
Got this to replace the worn out jackknife sofa on my RV. The color matched our dinette cushions perfectly.The exact length of this unit was 61”, so it was a little shorter than our factory couch(65”). I mounted it to strictly use as a couch, so it does not lay flat anymore. To do that, I extended the mounting blocks on the sides so I could screw it down. The legs that come with it would have only had this thing sitting 8” off the ground, so I definitely wanted to use my own mounts. Problem was, this couch comes in 2pcs, split right down the middle. The center of the couch is held together with the center legs, so I had to build a custom mounting block that incorporated the legs. Once I stained the custom blocks I made, it looked great!Initial cost was a bargain and I spent another $20 and about an hour of my time to fabricate my mounting blocks and install everything.

Perfect for kids room…
Product was delivered on time with all desired pieces. I was under the impression it would have been a bit larger but it ended up being the perfect size for what I needed it for and that would be my son’s bedroom. He is 8 and on the tall side so having this laid flat for him to sleep on is not really an option. As a couch with the cup holders it works perfect for gaming. This couch is quite comfortable to sit on. When it is laid out flat there is a hard piece that can make it quite uncomfortable. The material is very convenient when it comes to cleaning. All in all this is the perfect size for a kids room but not anything for adults as it would not be as comfortable and is low to the ground.

I bought this couch for my office because it looked great on the pictures, the quality is actually great but the size was just not functional, it looks funny in my office, will use for now (I’m too lazy to return) but will spend the extra money and get a real office couch

Damaged Futon and Terrible Customer Service
I’m very disappointed with this purchase.The futon arrived in bad condition. There were visible stains on the upholstery that would not come off, along with tears, rips, and even a medium sized hole in the leather. This was not minor damage — it looked worn and poorly handled, and the more I inspected it, the more issues I found. This was genuinely unacceptable.The return process made things worse. I spent over two weeks going back and forth with Yaheetech customer service trying to get this resolved. UPS showed up at my door multiple times for pickup without clear communication. At one point I was told to keep the product and that a replacement would be sent — except the item had already been picked up. Later, I was told no pickup had been arranged at all and was asked for tracking information, as if there was no record of the return. It felt like customer service didn’t even know a pickup had been scheduled.The lack of coordination and internal communication made everything more confusing and stressful than it needed to be. I eventually had to involve Amazon support just to receive a refund.I’ve purchased from this brand before and had good experiences, which makes this even more disappointing. Based on the condition of the futon and how the return was handled, I genuinely cannot recommend this product.

Okay for the price
Rated 3* for the appearance and priceAt first i loved it. Sleek design, fit perfectly. A little annoyed i had to hunt down a friend with a drill to assemble it. Arm rests seemed kinda pointless as they didnt stay in place easily as the bottom was fabric, there was no friction to sturdy it. And they were WAYY too uncomfortable to use as pillows. Okay, who needs arm rests anyways, and i have plenty of pillows and stuffies. Then I tried using the cup holder. It didnt fully flatten against the couch when i set it down, so unless your drinks had lids theres a spill probability. Okay, whatever, i have a coffee table for a reason.. Then i tried using it as a futon. Terrible. Everybody who comes over for the night mentions the uncomfortability even after i layer it with sheets and some blankets. Its great for something so cheap. But thats about it imo. Also, if you have cats be forewarned you may need a cover. As beautifully sleek as it is, my cat wont stop using it as a scratching post any chance she gets despite having her own 4 foot post 🤣🥲

The directions were very detailed. It was super easy to put together. The little cushions were very wrinkled and misshapen. Hopefully after time they will form back to normal but I’m not mad about it. There was one hole I had to drill out, it was not done right. Overall super comfy little couch that fits perfect in my super comfy little living room.

El vinil de este sillón es en exceso delgado. Tengo otro sillón de vinil que me ha aguantado años con mis mascotas y este en un mes ya se rompió. Era muy bonito en estética, pero ya dejo de verse bien por el tema anteriormente mencionado
