Love it! Just one minor complaint…
Overall, we are thrilled with this purchase. The oven is very nice looking, seems well built, and is super simple to use. We didn’t even to read the manual to figure it out. Very intuitive. We have been buying the Sea Pack frozen “fried” shrimp for years for a quick lunch or snack. While always good, we were never able to get that deep fried “crispness” in our old toaster oven, or gas oven. WOW! Air Fry for 12 minutes at 400* and I was annoying my family with the loud crunching as I ate them. Incredible. We have also done air fried (fresh) sweet potato fries and didn’t have to burn them to get them crisp like we used to do. Frozen “fried” mushrooms….awesome. Most of the bad reviews here center around the unit getting “too hot”… I am a bit baffled by this. It is a small metal oven that heats up to 450*, so yeah, it gonna be hot. It gets no hotter than the Faberware toaster oven it replaced and we use it in the “cubby” of a free standing microwave cabinet (see pic) and even with a 20 minute 400* cook, the sides and top of the cubby didn’t even get warm to the touch. Ignore any reviews that say you can’t use it under cabinets- that is absurd. Now, we don’t and probably never will use this for a long cook. I have a full size oven and pellet grill for those tasks. Our purpose is a toaster oven with benefits. Perhaps the heat problems are with folks cooking for an hour or so on the highest temp? IDK.Now…the small complaint. This is thing is loud- somewhere between a microwave and a cheap dishwasher. The fan itself is loud, and the vibration causes some extra noise from the stainless frame of the oven. It is enough noise to be an annoyance while watching TV or conversing in the kitchen/living great room. We are about 15 feet way from it in our living room. This is possibly amplified by the enclosed space it is in, but it would be pretty loud no matter where we put it. But….we can live with it since the cooking results so far have been fantastic. Definitely a big upgrade from our old toaster oven in looks and cooking results. Our old oven was “convection” as well, but never delivered the quality results of this oven so far. We would buy it again, and I will update if things go south since we have only had it about 2 weeks.

LOVE LOVE this appliance! My old toaster smelled like burned plastic in half of it so we didnât use that side, I threw it out. This toaster oven replaced my toaster, air fryer (that had ânonstick coatingâ chipping off), and allows me to bake, dehydrate, warm, slow cook, and much more! I donât have to heat up the kitchen oven every time I want to bake something now, which is great because I have my toddler running around and I donât have to stress him going into the kitchen! Made my first rotisserie chicken the other night⦠SOO GOOD and so easy! Making raisins soon with the dehydrator method. Definitely recommend!!

Our trusty kitchenaid toaster oven of 10 years finally stopped working so we needed a replacement. Originally we thought weâd get another kitchenaid but the reviews for the new models were no good. After much research we settled on this one. We love it! We havenât even tapped into all the features but the toast, bake, reheat, and air fryer functions all work as intended.

This product I never looked @ the directions, very easy to operate. Runs hot so instead of putting it on 400 degrees I’ll put it on 350. I haven’t used the rotisserie yet. Definitely looking forward to it.

I bought this item to replace my original Emeril Lagasse air fryer which I have basically used every day since purchasing it several years ago. Finally the door hinge gave out. If we are able to repair it, we will relocate it to the cottage. I love the multiple functionality of this product. The food cooks beautifully and it is ideal in our two person household.

I purchased this item from Amazon strictly because it was Amazon. I have had to return an item to Amazon in the past and they were very helpful. My one serious complaint with this item is the price. I paid $ 338 or so Canadian. This same unit was for sale and in stock at Wal-Mart on the same day for $ 249.00 Canadian. The larger XL version could be purchased from W/M for less than I paid for the unit in question. I guess I expected Amazon to be more competitive than it was in this case. I felt that if I unpacked the Wal-Mart unit ( not easy by the way ) and it proved defective/damaged, I would likely have had a real problem with a return to them given the high dollar amount. The unit itself is as advertised, no problem with it, just this nagging feeling that I may have “given away” nearly a hundred dollars.
