Very easy set up and great looking
Purchased this door set, spent one day assembling the door and glueing were indicated, staining and polyurethane. Second day, installed the door. Looks great! Installed the door in about 30mins on the wall. Looks great and slides so easy. Just follow the directions. Kit came will all the hardware and they provided 1 extra of very screws needed. Very happy and well made. Very solid. Would highly recommend this door unit.

The 2 doors just arrived, packaging was perfect, and all parts included. I am a woodworker and was about to make the doors myself but had a recent health issue that caused me to put off the build. So no door was ever built and had no privacy in my bedroom. I took a chance and ordered the doors from your company. What a pleasant surprise when I opened the boxâs and saw the beautiful wood I am about to stain. I foresee no problems putting it together and installing it as the directions appear to be straightforward. I will follow up with a second review once they are up with a few pictures. But for now I am very pleased with the purchase, and will definitely use your company for future home improvement’s. So a solid thumbs up with a 5+ star rating. Where some companies cut corners and I have been disappointed in the past with DIY wood products, I see nothing but QUALITY in your product and the description was spot on. Thank You. What I liked and didn’t like
Door quality was great, hard ware seemed ok, nothing was labeled per use of instructions, went together fine assembled in under an hour. Holes were pre drilled, dowels for side screws didn’t fit flush more or less just plugged the hole so it didn’t appear deep. Remember the door height is the measurement without the rail wheels, add 3-4″ for that if it pertains to a space issue. My only gripe was the screws provided for the front slant pieces were barely long enough to bite it on the under board and were not black like the rest of the hardware, I ended up using “1 1/4 black sheet rock screws and the look is much better and they bite all the way through with out exiting the opposite side.

Even short women can install it alone!
I am 4â11, a female, & installed this all alone. For the record, Iâve never done anything like this project before. I did buy an extra board to screw to the studs and then mounted the track to that. It is DEFINITELY not a 30 minute job! And the instructions are tiny and pics hard to see, especially when it comes to some of the not so obvious hardware. The doors were the easiest to put together. The two coats of paint took the longest. Because my house is 158 years old, my floor isnât level. Be sure to take something like that into account when figuring out the height of the track. Because of this, I had to purchase different guides to install (not done just yet). With the coupon, this was the best priced 18â double door set I could find and the quality is great! Very happy!

LOVE these beautiful doors!
I bought these for a tiny half bath in our guest room (originally a closet) that didnât have room for a normal door. The box was almost torn in half when it arrived, and I was certain there would be damage, but there was none. What I appreciated was there was a paper inside that said what to do if there WAS damage – that they would send you a replacement of the damaged pieces.Regarding the option of using wood glue, I would recommend that, but it would need to be clamped for a strong bond. My pilot brother had many large clamps, but I donât think the average person would have those. The instructions for where to place the glue can be a little bit confusing. Basically it means to do the gluing along the entire horizontal strip for each of the inside pieces that arenât attached to the barn door frame.There is no center stop included for double doors so we ended up Jerry-rigging a solution.One last piece of advice. When choosing the size of the doors, make sure it is bigger than the size of your door frame or there will be a big gap to see inside. I bought two 18â doors to fill a 36â frame. That was a mistake. I shouldâve bought the next size up, 24â. In the end I purchased garage door weather stripping to attach to the door opening. It works! (See last 4 pictures of inside & out weather stripping)

Poor quality materials
The door assembly is pretty straight forward, the install was nice, the instructions and measurements were all accurate. However, the diagonal slats on the door were too warped to use, and within a month, the boards began to separate to the point where you can see right through the door. Initially I was ecstatic about the product, but after just a few weeks, I regret purchasing it completely, and am now looking at other options.

Ours was warped
Simple setup. Once we had it together we could tell one long side piece was warped at one end. Weâd return it but itâd be too expensive and we already had it together⦠It looks fine because itâll be open 99% of the time. Also, get the 36 inch if you want to cover your trim pieces.
