It’s a big, takes up a lot of counter space, well made, metal on the inside too.
Feels of quality.Print on keypad is pretty small. I have tough time reading the keypad, even with glasses on. I found the phone app a bit useless. I buy stuff from frozen stuff from Trader Joes and Aldis, the app did not recognize the barcodes for auto programming. I never use the app. Just easier to treat it like and old fashion microwave. I do like the auto sense cooking with potatoes.I had hoped the convection oven function would replace my convection toaster oven and air fryer but it does not. I find the convection oven aspect of this a bi anemic. It much slower and is not much faster than my regular gas oven. I had to do some adjusting on the pastic wheels of the carousel, the wheels occasional drag howl while cooking. It’s rolling fine now.I really like it as a microwave but as an oven, not so much.

Bottomline: This Café Countertop Convection Microwave Oven is quite powerful, operates quietly, actively cools down after use, is nicely multifunctional, and looks good. The only thing missing from this basically is air frying and toasting. You can pretty much do anything else in this. That said, this deserves much better packaging. Also, you’d have to make sure you have space of at least 20 inches as far as depth, because this microwave has a significant protrusion at the back (That is, the back is not flat-like, it extends a bit, at least 4 inches beyond where the main cube ends).First Impressions.This microwave arrived with dents on the side, and at the bottom (but thankfully, the dents have not had an impact on the performance). It ships with a tray, and then two steel racks for when you need to use this as an oven. The instruction manual is quite detailed, and also easy to read. I got mine in white, but note that the white is just the faceplate only, and so unless you have this installed into a cabinet, or a cavity space, using this on a countertop and surface gives you a sort of two-tone aesthetic. The microwave is quite wide, about 22 inches. The cooking cavity space inside is quite deep too, deeper than I am used to in fact. You can easily fit a 12 by 12 pan into the thing. The inside panel has a list of short cut instructions/guide for using the different cooking modes.Usage:I have only used this mostly as a microwave so far. It operates quietly, much quieter than I am used to. Also, when the cook time is significant, like say over 10 minutes, or when the microwave gets hot, the fan activates to vent out heat, and the fan can occasionally remain active even after the cook time is complete. All in all, this has proven very effective and efficient with cooking, defrosting, and microwaving things, (evenly and quickly). I plan on using this for baking this season, because of how efficiently this distributes heat, and how effective it has proven so far.Note: one has to be especially conscious of the materials of the containers one puts into this microwave, and with corresponding the cooking mode that is selected (the manual has a recommended list). That is, I’d recommend sticking to oven safe glass or silicon, or materials that can withstand universal heating types, since some materials may work for baking and roasting, and not for microwaving and defrosting and so on.

Incredible Microwave!
This is the best microwave the I have ever had the pleasure to use. I love kitchen appliances and I love when they make things easier for me in the kitchen. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, from cooking to baking, I’m always doing something. This microwave really has it all. This microwave is not only your traditional microwave- it’s also a convection oven-aka air fryer. It even comes with its own app. There are auto-sense features so you can put your food in and it will sense how long to cook it. There are time pre-sets, which makes it really nice. It is also very nice and easy to clean- the stainless steel on the inside just wipes right out. It’s very well made and runs quiet. We love it and have been getting a ton of use out of it. It’s an essential part of our kitchen.

Microwaves have work wonders. I am extremely pleased with how it performs. A massive upgrade from my previous 10-year-old microwave. a MUTE button, which is something I have always heard of but never seen on a microwave in real life.Reason for 3starsI had to order two of these because the first one was damaged. I could not communicate with the company to inform them about the issue I was having, so I was forced to send it back and get another one. For the price you are paying for this microwave, I would have expected better customer support and a pristine item when I get it. Both of the microwaves I got were damaged; I just gave up trying again to get a microwave that didn’t look like it was a returned item.Both microwaves had a dent on the side of the microwave, like it was dropped, and the door was misaligned.So far the microwave I kept has been working great; however, because of the issue with it being dented and the door misaligned, I wonder if the life span will be effected by these because it was possibly dropped.

Excellent Microwave!!
The power of this microwave is fantastic! It takes no time at all to warm up food. The popcorn function on this microwave actually works! Also, the ability to use this as a convection oven is also nothing short of amazing. There is also a ton of room in the microwave. I was able to fit in a 13×9 sheet tray.
