Pot and pan set
Feels heavy duty and built to last. . These were simple to clean. Worked well cooking. Lids were heavy duty and came with a holder for them that can hang on the inside of our cabinet door. Definitely happy so far spending the money on these.

Expensive but nice quality
In the past I was displeased with Caraway’s “ceramic” cookware and their ludicrously low temp requirements, but these have caused me to change my opinion about their products. The thickness helps with great heat distribution and almost rivals the performance of our old Mauviel M250 copper.The lids are nicely constructed and seal well due to their heft.Used at proper temp and with adequate fat, these pans will perform well with minimal sticking.My only concern for this cookware is the cost, but given the construction these will easily outlast even the highest quality non-stick option.

Clean cooking, heavy duty
I finally bought some better cookware. Love the shape, no corners for food to stick, easy to stir. Nice weight, not flimsy. Heats wonderfully (follow their directions). I had to train my husband in caring, cleaning and using as these need a little finesse since they are higher end cookwear, but we’ll worth it! Clean, stainless steel cooking!!
