So easy!
Everything about this coffee maker is easy. It lets you program the size coffee you want and remembers it! Makes a great cup of coffee with ease – highly recommended!The only improvement I would suggest is raised buttons or texture on the screen to aid those who are visually impaired.

Best dollar-per-cup spent on a coffee maker. Works perfectly. Simple. No fancy BS, just hot coffee when I want it. It replaced my $150 Keurig that went bad. A+

Not a reliable model
Not reliable past 1 month. Bought 3 of this model since I live off grid and far from town. After around a month of use on each of the first two machines, the descale / add water light comes on and unit stops making coffee. Tried holding down the 2 buttons as the instructions say to start descale process and nothing happens. The first two machines are both doing this. No matter what combination of buttons, descale operation will not initialize.Now this morning I’m onto the 3rd machine just to get some coffee again. So much for the idea of ‘redundant array of inexpensive machines’ concept. Going to buy a better quality machine next run, because 3 of these lasting such a short time do not prove to be a good expenditure of my money so far.I might just go back to grinding beans and using a simple Mr Coffee legacy style coffee maker, since those last years without any special clean-out procedures.

Itâs important to unplug when youâre done with brewing
An absolutely wonderful machine makes super coffee. Enjoy that I can use my stash of coffee and not depend on the pods. Although they are useable. Really enjoy the ability to select multiple sizes of coffee delivered. This is a nice machine well thought out and priced right!

Must have for my family!
We have an espresso maker and a 14 cup pot. Lately weâve been drinking less and less from the coffee pot in lieu of espresso. Added the single serve setup and weâve transition to this for daily use. Very easy to use and fill up and we drink multiple different flavors easy enough. Love the ability to use pods or fresh grounds. The size of the unit is minuscule! Very small footprint and can go anywhere! Doesnât leak, makes very little noise and the coffees hot what else could you ask for?

Great product
This coffee maker gets used constantly and just keeps on going. Haven’t had any issues with it at all. We use bottled water, not tap. Have had it for quite a while and only had to clean it once. Coffee comes out perfect even using the pods. Great value!

Buttons hard to press
I like this coffee maker for the most part and enjoy that I can use the reusable pod and put my own grounds in it. I also like that I can change the amount dispensed.I donât like the buttons though. You have to press and hold them for a couple seconds to get the machine to recognize you pressing it. Thereâs no haptic feedback or anything though so you just kind of have to guess whether or not you pressed it long enough. I find myself re-pushing buttons often and getting frustrated. It doesnât seem like they thought much about the user experience or they wouldâve made the buttons click or something when youâve successfully started it

Perfect size
I got this machine for its size as I have limited counter space with power outlet. The size is perfect, the machine is great considering the multiple serving sizes but be aware the power cord is only about 2 ft long. My only complaint is having to unplug it after use because there is no on/off switch. The manual says unplug after use. My advice to the maker would be to make auto shut off timer so the machine could remain plugged in.
