Great customer service
I bought this coffee maker in November. I liked the fact that it did not take up too much counter space. The coffee was always very hot and good. About a week ago the one cup side stopped working I did everything to try to fix it. Finally called Cuisinart on Monday and told them of the issue.I was told to cut the cord and send a photo to an email and they would send me a new one. Today I got the new one. Amazing. Thank you Cuisinart

Not worth the hype
I chose this coffee maker because I like to make single pods and my partner likes to brew a pot, so this was a great way to cut down on devices on the counter. I did buy a âlike newâ used version, but it had never been USED and came in original packaging with the plastic still on, so I got it for a great deal. I went to do the initial hot water brew before making coffee for the first time and this was where it all went downhill. The carafe brewed no problem, and then I went to try the pod side and the button didnât flash on and wouldnât brew. I though oh silly tech, itâs probably me- cut to an hour an half later, after reading the manual, watching demos, and CALLING CUISINART to see if there was a hard reset or trick I could do! Come to find out, this is a common flaw with this product, and the rep recommended I return this and get my money back because this happens a lot and thereâs nothing else to try or do. Why they havenât revamped this maker so that doesnât happen, idk, but itâs not worth the 150-200 it costs, and I didnât even spend that much and Iâm pissed!

Beautiful, modern and makes great coffee!
I have had problems with three of the last Keurigs I bought. Since I’ve always had good luck with Cuisinart products, I looked up their coffee pots and immediately loved the looks of this one. After reading more about it, I ordered it and am very happy I did. So far, the coffee has been excellent, and it was very easy to set everything up. It’s very good-looking and looks great next to our Cuisinart toaster! I recommend it very highly!

I have read a lot of negative reviews on this coffee pot, but after reading how people got past the Kcup single serve issue by calling support, I figured Iâd give it a shot. I absolutely love this and sooo glad I got it despite the reviews. I did have an initial issue with the single serve side but somehow I got thru it without having to call support. Other than that I have had no issues so far. Itâs been a week. Itâs very nice quality and coffee tastes great! I have been wanting to go back to fresh grounds and brewing a whole pot and get away from K cups bc of cost and waste!! I am so glad I made the move. I especially love the lift handle on the single side water reservoir!!! That was such a smart move to make that! We enjoy a whole pot of coffee in the mornings and the convenience of a âafternoon wake upâ cup by using the single serve side. We can use fresh grounds or kcups if weâre in a pinch. I love how nice and clean this machine looks on my counter. If youâre hesitant I would say get it. You may not have a bad experience like the others and end up being glad you got itâ¦.like I did!!! ðð¼ðð½

Purchased in July and only used k cup side once or twice. Tried using it recently and would not work. Called customer service and had a new one at my door in a matter of days. Great service. This pot makes great coffee and is hot! This is my second dual brew cuisinart product. The best

Great purchase
I’ve been using this for about a month and I am happy so far. The carafe is big if we need to make a lot of coffee. But having the option of making one cup only is great, that is the side we use most. The built in filters that comes with each side saves me money from not needing to buy filters and I get to use the same coffee for both sides. No need to buy individual pods, which can add up $$. The water reservoir holds enough for multiple cups and is easy to detach so you can fill it. The instructions are easy to read. The display is very nice and modern. It makes hot and cold coffee and we use both options. The one thing I did not account for is the height of the machine. My cabinet on top does not allow me to fully open the lid on the right side. The machine is too tall and I do not have enough space between the top and bottom cabinets. That was my fault though, as I should have measured. I recommend measuring your space before you buy. You will need about a foot of space between the top of the machine and the top cabinet to fully lift the lid up. This is only an issue for the side of the carafe not the single cup that takes pods. That side works fine as it is a smaller lid that does not take up as much space. That is the only inconvenience I have with this machine. But it is not a reason for me to return it. I feel like happy with this purchase and have gotten compliments on it from family members who visit.

Do not buy!
We enjoy the craft side of this coffee machine. We have had major issues with the pod side. Each time we use it, since the first time, it overflows and grounds get all in the cup of coffee and also all in and around the machine. It is a pain to clean the grounds out of the machine because no parts come out to clean, you just have to wipe inside and around until all the grounds are gone, this is very time consuming. Also when I contacted Cuisinart customer service I do not think their return policy is fair. They want me to cut the cord to the machine, take a picture of this, send back the machine and then wait 2 weeks for the replacement, therefore we would be without a coffee pot for two weeks because they sell a faulty product? If I have to go out and get a new coffee pot Iâm going to buy a new one and not waste 200$ on one that doesnât work well. I asked if they could charge me for the new one, ship it and then refund me when they get my broken one back, so we can use the craft side in the mean time, so we donât have to be without one. They told me no, and I will have to go without and wait for the replacement. Seems strange, I asked why they operate this way and they responded, âwe have alot of fraud and donât trust customers to return the productsâ. Well welcome to the world, everyone deals with fraud, unfortunately part of owning a company is making the customer happy and standing behind your product. Very disappointed in this company and the product quality. Do not buy this machine!

Unit worked initially for just under a week and then started to leak internally. Leaking appears to come from both carafe and single-cup reservoirs.For the past month, I have attempted to contact Cuisinart for help. I have gotten no response. They are not supporting their products.If only I could give “no-stars”…
