Sensor is better than expected.
Warm inviting light bulb. The motion sensor is better than expected. Works beautifully in our non-censored porch lamp. Replaced our 100 watt equivalent with this one and it is still very bright. Looks great. Very happy.

Works perfectly
Used these bulbs on the front porch. Perfect solution to not having to leave the front porch light on all night. We are in a country setting and leaving the porch light on draws so many bugs and even bats it is ridiculous. The bulb works as designed and stays on approximately 30 seconds. Motion sensor is very good. Only just received these so I canât comment on reliability. Time will tell.

It works & beats buying new flood lights.
I gave it a 4 out of 5 because the bulb won’t work with a light cover. Since it is on a covered porch, I don’t mind it too much, but I wouldn’t have kept it if it was exposed to the elements. If you need to have it covered, I would not recommend buying this type of bulb because it won’t work with a cover. Take that into consideration when purchasing the bulbs. For what I needed, it works for me.

Label on box confusing. Light does not come on in the dark unless there is motion
The “Dusk to Dawn” on the listing, and box is confusing. Most items when it comes to lights are ON at dusk, and OFF at dawn. Do not know how I would get the point across that in a location that has enough illumination already, but the lamp will not come on even with motion. Maybe “With motion will come on from dusk to dawn”.Now why the item was purchased was the kids leaving the lights on in the garage. These are doing a great job. Comes on when we need light. Now the lights are not on overnight, and all day long because one of the kids left the light switch in the on mode.

Great at first, but…
I liked these bulbs when they were new, but after a couple of months, the activation distance began to reduce. The lights would not trigger unless the object was very close. I tried cleaning the surface of the bulb, did not help. They have been installed for at least 2 years now. They have not burned out, but they do not activate unless the motion is within 3-4 feet. So, the person has to be knocking on my front door before the light comes on. I’ll replace the bulbs with something else. Short term – great. Long term – fail.

For anyone looking for a motion light without changing the fixture
I bought this since I didnât want to change my fixture and wanted light by my garage but if I left the light on it would shine into my bedroom. These bulbs worked PERFECTLY! They notice you about 2-3 feet away, turn on for about 10-30 seconds, bright enough to see what youâre trying to do but isnât blinding. During the day they donât turn on at all. I rarely write reviews but I was so happy with how well these preformed!

Doesn’t work!!! Waste of time and money!
I brought this bulb for my laundry but when the bulb turn off never turns on. You have to use the switch to turn it on back again like a regular bulb. I don’t understand the point. We’ve tried both and none of them work. Planned to return it. A complete waste of money and time.

I put one in the laundry room which is always dark. We pass thru this area 20 times in a day. I installed one of these bulbs, now I donât have to touch the switch each time I go in there. It works as expected, no complaints.
