Ordered this Keyless Entry Door Lock Deadbolt with Handle Set, BEBASIA Fingerprint Door Lock to replace an aging knob on the front door that was going bad and not turning easily. My first impression is that this is another one of those generic items that is sold by lots of different sellers all selling the same Chinese product, maybe slightly customized. During my research I was able to find the same exact design listed at various price points, but that impression changed to thinking dang this is a pretty nice product by the time I finished installing it.Packaging was great and the instructions pretty good. The online video is helpful and they even include a drill bit to get it done. The actual lock mechanisms are pretty light weight and flimsy… I could drill this in less than a minute. The metal of the actual lock parts are lighter than your standard old school hardware. That was the only real negative I found so far. But at this price point some concessions are expected. That normally would cost the product a star in my world but the rest of the experience was soo good it made up for this issue. If you want a door that will hold up to a drill or even front kick this is not the product for you.I loved the installation video, it is very straight forward and stepwise and worked perfectly. Once installed the app was straightforward and robust. It connected directly to the lock and I was able to set up the key fobs, finger prints and entry code in minutes. The finger print reader is great and worked every time I tried it. Expected more trouble from it. I typically locked the hand lock on my door before leaving cause it was quick and easy, the only thing I will have to get used to is having to take the time to lock the deadbolt before I leave… i found that if you press the keypad and wait a few seconds for it to light up then hit the # button it locks. A key would almost be easier but I don’t want to carry a key, so that is the tradeoff in my opinion for being able to get in without worrying about a key.I like how the keyhole is hidden. Assuming it holds up and I don’t run into any really irritating functional issues this is a 5 star product based on the price point vs performance, with the caveat that it is NOT a security deadbolt. I live in Montana and if someone wanted to get in they would… but people think twice because we are all armed.

Slick security lock
This is a very well-crafted security door lock. Keep in mind that it does not have a door handle as a part of the lock, so this is really designed for replacing a deadbolt type lock. A handle and latch are included, but they are separate from the lock. If you don’t have a deadbolt, then no worries, it includes the directions to mark and drill the necessary holes for the lock. It’s a great way to use your fingerprint (s) to access your property. The installation is straightforward, and the instructions are surprisingly good.

Awesome lock
This has been 1 of my favorite locks. Installation was easy. Adding prints and the codes along with programming was a snap. The app is a more friendly app to use and navigate. The working mechanism is very quiet and the auto lock function works great. The scan to unlock is very fast and we have not noticed ignored prints. Everything works perfectly and as it should. Where this unit shines is the quality parts. The actual door handle is very heavyweight and seems like a higher quality materials were used in manufacturing. The fingerprint scanner also seems heavy duty with nicer materials used sometimes all you feel are plastic parts and that is not the case with this unit. Five stars given for such a well designed piece of equipment.
