Lots of features
Great lock.. changed from an older keypad lock but love the added features of fingerprint & fob along with the key and keypad codes. Had a locksmith install because our older one was more difficult to remove, but if that would’ve come out easier I’m sure we could’ve put this one in. Seemed very straightforward and not too difficult. Had some issues getting the electronic set up… thought I was going to have to remove, but found out thru the customer service it was only a setting in the app I had wrong… changed that setting and it worked perfectly… customer service was great… very helpful and answered all my questions so I got all the information I needed. It was thru email and a different time zone, so it took a bit of back and forth, but the rep was very helpful and responded in a timely manner, so I appreciated that. It looks great.. modern looking design. Auto lock is a feature we always used before so I’m glad to see that is one this one as well. Haven’t set up with Alexa yet so can’t comment on that feature. Nice lock and handleset at a reasonable price.

Terrible Tech
The thumbprint reader feature is horrific. I locked myself out of my house because it wasnât able to read my thumb print. So I added my other thumb as an option to be read (thinking maybe one thing has poor print?) and no, didnât make a difference. Too unreliable. Additionally, the keypad is extremely lagging and takes too long to recognize when a button has been pressed.Iâm planning to buy a different unit from a different company.

MARCH 18, 2024 UPDATE: Awesome Customer Service!
The overall look and feel is nice! Once put together, everything works great. There is a mark on the square base of the handle, that I have shown in the video, which I am not fond of since I have OCD and need everything to be perfect looking. Putting it together took me a WHILE, though. Mainly because the metal door latch for the door handle itself WAS able to be adjustable for more length, but the deadbolt was NOT adjustable to give more length. This resulted in me having to chisle out some on the hole entrance to be able to push it further so it would align the holes properly for the deadbolt. This could have been avoided jad they made both adjustable. Also, like another person has stated, the holes manufacturers or contractors make for doorknobs are almost always round in the U.S. The equipment that comes in the box is for square holes. This might be an issue for other individuals, like it was for me (again having to chisle away without damaging my frame and door). Lastly, it does state to make sure to set which way the door unlocks in the app. This made me think unlocking the door from the OUTSIDE (which I assumed would be the right side for my door). That’s not the case. It means unlocking from the inside (which would be my left instead). For over an hour, I was wondering why the deadbolt would not lock and kept flagging my app saying “lock unable to latch or unlatch”. After figuring out what it actually meant, I switched it from the right unlock to the left unlock and it finally started locking on its own. Currently, and I don’t know if other’s have the same issue, the wifi box likes to disconnect. Which I usually have to click the ‘connect again’ button and do this about 5x’s before it decides to connect again. It becomes tedious, but only takes about 30 seconds. It should still stay connected no matter what though unless unplugged. The wifi box is within 15ft from my router and the front door. Lastly, make sure your internet is 2.4ghz. If it is not, this will not work for the wifi aspect of this door knob/deadbolt set. I luckily have the option to split my bands into my 5.0ghz network as well as a seperate 2.4ghz network for smart devices that can’t withstand the higher speed. Figuring all of this out, setting it up, measuring, marking, making adjustments to have it fit in the holes and connecting it to the internet took around 6 hours. But, like I said, once it’s all together, it is pretty decent. It could just use some updating or better clarifying in the instructions. I would give 5 stars if that was fixed and better parts were taken into consideration to make it easier for installing.UPDATE: This products customer service is amazing! I had a very nice lady that responded to my review within hours of me posting it. She was extremely helpful and even sent me a new one within 3 days with extra key fobs! She even went as far as to make sure the engineers knew what was going on with the wifi box it came with. I would really love to thank her for the support and making sure everything came on time and as it should be. Thank you! ð©·

Great Customer Service
The lock and hardware are very attractive. Set up was easy. I love the voice confirming the door was either locked or open. The auto lock was set for another layer of security in case someone forgot to initiate the lock. I loved that I no longer have to worry about my kids losing keys. I started noticing the app was not registering the lock activity accurately and it often reported a network issue. The company was very responsive and gave me the option for a refund but I liked the lock and wanted to replace the lock. They replaced it, still assuring me that if the problem persisted Iâd be refunded. They constantly reiterated that customer service is their top priority. Unfortunately, the 2nd lock had the same issue. I returned the first lock to their tech department and was refunded with no issue.
