Worked for a month then stopped working. Hereâs the best part / got canât receive a new replacement until you return the original. Now, the deadbolt works great and can be manually opened and closed but the button app is no longer working hence the requested replacement. They wonât send a replacement until they receive the original- what? You mean leave my door with no lock for a week plus. Unreal. Again, do not buy this product.

This lock works great and is very easy to set up. It took me less than 10 minutes to install once I read the instructions. The lock works great and you can use a passcode, app, or key to open the lock so you are never locked out. I love that it autolocks and you can create different passcodes for users.Overall I like that it also comes with an extra door knob to replace your old one. It is a good value considering it does everything a more expensive model does but cheaper and comes with more. The buttons are very responsive and the battery life is great.

Easy to set up. Comes in a nice package and feels premium. Has a nice feel to the buttons. Just as noisy as any other one I have come across. Only complaint is that it locks automatically and not sure how to just leave the door open. But I am still trying to figure that out. Most likely user error. Would recommend!
