This door lock is great for when you want to secure your home but need it to be easily accessed by children. It comes with 2 physical keys and 2 touch cards. It also can read fingerprints. That is the only function that has issues since the knob has to be clean of debris and smudges.

It felt pretty flimsy and cheap and didn’t function consistently. That’s a big problem in a door lock. The installation instructions were pretty clear in what they shared, but I feel that they left steps out. I’ve installed over 100 door locks over the years, so I didn’t really have any problems putting it in. Just doesn’t have the quality that I want protecting my home.

Requires app to function
The add says that it is app enabled, ok fine, i’ll use it without the app. Nope, the app is REQUIRED to program the lock! This is a major security risk and the advertisement should reflect it. Not cool that I have to waste my time returning this thing because the advertisment page didnt state that an app is required to use the lock!

No more keys
I got this for my garage. Got tired of needing keys to unblock my old lock. I love the fact that it can read my print and I can get in at any time but also know that my tools are nice and safe and locked up. Can be programmed for multiple people. I like that there’s a few different options to unlock this. Would recommend!

Great lock for the price!
I set this up on my back door and it’s great! The fingerprint reader is pretty accurate, I very rarely have to rescan my thumb. The housing is a little on the cheap plastic side, but what do you expect at this price point. All the internals are smooth and the bolt is as sturdy as you’d expect. I recommend this for anyone looking to make their lives a little easier!

Sounded Great – Not Great – Don’t Buy!
I had high hopes for this fingerprint Keyless Entry Door Lock by RUIKANG POWER, but it just didn’t work out. It started with the User Instructions that were printed VERY small, too small to read without magnification. The user instructions werenât written very well or at least for me, weren’t that easy or intuitive. That right there is disappointment at the start of everything.I installed the lock, three times! I put in on, took it off, put it on, took it off, put it on, took it off and it will now stay off. I spent 3.5 hours trying to get this lock to work properly. It would not! I locked myself out of my house twice, once when I had to wait for a family member to come home with a key so that I could get back in my house! It will not respond to ANY commands and the voice response is so soft at the max that an ordinary hearing can’t detect what instruction command is being given.It looks nice, but that’s about where it begins & ends and that won’t get you back into your home. The fingerprint pad wouldn’t load my fingerprint and simply would not work at all. I changed out the batteries 3 times and I had the same problem with each set of batteries. Long & Short, don’t waste your time, keep shopping. I give this product TWO STARS but only for aesthetics, not for functionality.
