Product Overview
The Maestri House Compact Cold Brew Coffee Maker is a thoughtfully designed 41oz pitcher crafted for coffee enthusiasts who value precision, flavor control, and ease of use. Built with the modern home brewer in mind, this compact system allows you to create rich, smooth cold brew directly from your kitchen counter—no electricity required. Whether you’re preparing a single serving or a batch for guests, the Maestri House brewer delivers consistent results through intelligent design and user-friendly features. Rooted in the brand’s philosophy of “enjoying coffee, enjoying life,” this product reflects Maestri House’s mission to elevate everyday moments with quality, innovation, and a passion for the craft.
Key Features
- Grasp Cold Brew Ratio Easily: One of the standout aspects of this brewer is its integrated measurement scale along the pitcher’s body. This feature enables precise control over coffee-to-water ratios using standard ground amounts such as 60g, 80g, 100g, or 120g—all with the same water volume and steeping time. As a result, each ratio produces a distinct level of concentration, allowing you to fine-tune your brew from light and subtle to bold and intense. This level of customization empowers both beginners and experienced brewers to experiment confidently while achieving their ideal flavor profile every time.
- Enhanced Filtration, Zero Leakage: At the heart of the brewing process is a 350-mesh ultra-fine filter that ensures clean extraction without sediment or oily residue clouding your drink. Unlike traditional filters that may trap grounds inside the unit, this model uses a sealed, leak-proof system during both steeping and pouring. The secure seal not only protects the integrity of your cold brew but also prevents spills on your countertop—making cleanup simple and stress-free.
- Convenient Removable Filter Design: Cleaning can be tedious with traditional cold brew makers, especially those featuring all-in-one filters where grounds become trapped deep within the pitcher. The Maestri House brewer addresses this with a removable bottom cover that gives you direct access to the filter after brewing. Once the steep cycle is complete, simply unscrew the base, rinse out coffee oils and spent grounds, and reassemble quickly. This thoughtful design significantly reduces post-brew maintenance and extends the lifespan of the filter by preventing clogging and buildup.

Benefits & Use Cases
This cold brew maker shines in scenarios where control, convenience, and cleanliness matter most. It’s ideal for individuals or small households who want café-quality cold brew without relying on electric machines or complicated setups. Because it doesn’t require refrigeration during steeping—unlike some automated models—you have greater flexibility in when and how you brew. You can prepare a small batch for personal use or scale up for entertaining friends and family.
The visible measurement lines make it beginner-friendly, guiding new users through safe experimentation with extraction times and coffee-to-water ratios. Over time, you’ll develop an intuitive sense of what works best for your taste preferences. And because the entire process is manual and non-electric, there’s no risk of over-extraction due to temperature fluctuations—just steady, slow cold infusion that brings out the natural sweetness and smoothness of high-quality beans.
Another practical advantage is its mess-free operation. The leak-proof design means you can pour your finished brew straight into glasses or carafes without worrying about drips or leaks. Plus, the removable filter makes cleaning effortless—no more wrestling with stuck grounds or scrubbing stubborn residue from hard-to-reach corners.
Whether you’re new to cold brewing or refining your technique, the Maestri House Compact Cold Brew Coffee Maker offers a reliable, scalable solution that fits seamlessly into daily routines. Its combination of precision, durability, and ease of use makes it a smart addition to any kitchen focused on better coffee.
Important Notes
The Maestri House Compact Cold Brew Coffee Maker is intended exclusively for cold brew preparation and should not be used with hot water or under heat sources. It does not include built-in timing or temperature regulation—users must manage steeping duration manually based on desired strength. The package includes only the pitcher, removable filter assembly, and bottom cover; additional accessories like scoops or lids are not included unless explicitly stated by the retailer.
Always ensure the filter is properly seated before beginning the brewing process to prevent leakage. For optimal performance and longevity, hand washing is recommended, particularly for the filter component. Avoid submerging the entire pitcher in soapy water if the handle or seal isn’t rated for full immersion.

Nice Design – Easy to Clean
Works great, no leaks, easy to use. I appreciate that both ends of the filter cartridge come off making cleaning extra simple. Definitely works better to brew the coffee with the container on its side. Wish it was even bigger, but it does fit nicely in the fridge.

Great design and easy to use
The design of this is great. Different levels are marked on the filter and the container to help be consistent with the mix/strength. Very sturdy and the filter cleanup is very easy too.

Convenient and stackable
No leaks! My only complaint is the screen my be to fine. I had some really coarse coffee that took forever to steep. Good news is there is less residue at the bottom. Easy from putting coffee in to cleaning. Can lay this down for better steeping with no leaks and a better fit in my fridge.

So far so good!
I just received this iced coffee maker today. I had to replace a glass one that got a crack after 3 months. It was packaged nicely and easy to set up.After reading the instructions I was surprised to see that during the steaping process it works better if the container is horizontal. As soon as I laid it on its side I could see the water turning darker which means itâs working! I was a bit worried that it would leak on its side, but it did not! Works well and I am very happy with my purchase. ð

Great First Cold Brew maker
This is very nice to clean and easy to reuse. I would suggest grinding your own coffee instead of using pre-ground coffee

If you like iced coffee, you need this in your life
I love this iced coffee carafe. I only took away one star because Itâs smaller than I expected. With 3 coffee drinkers in the house one carafe lasts us 4 days. The size is good for fitting in the door of my fridge. Itâs easy to use and much more cost (and time) efficient than going to the coffee shop in the mornings.

This cold brewer is very well built and addresses many of the problems I have run into with other cold brewers. The 350 mesh is very fine, and as someone who has tried cold brewing with coarser meshes and metal meshes, this fineness is perfect for my preferences. It does make it a bit harder for water to fully saturate and flow through the grounds, which ultimately means you want to let it brew longer that other options (36 hours was the sweet spot for me) and must make sure you are using a coarser grind. The outcome, however is WELL worth it. The cold brew that came out of this was very smooth, with far less than the usual amount of fines I have sometimes encountered. This makes the brew pleasant from beginning to end. Being able to unscrew the end also makes cleanup very simple. The brew container itself does a lot of things right. The filter section is wide enough to accomodate the advertised 120g of coffee without the grinds reaching above the water level where they can’t get extracted. Even if that was a problem, the pitcher can easily be turned on its side. This helps ensure complete immersion and is honestly something I’m surprised I haven’t seen elsewhere. Once you remove the filter, the top section has a spout to help easily pour the coffee. The plastic is sturdy throughout, and for something done this well I wish they had a glass version!

I really wanted to like this – in fact, I still do like it, it just needs some minor improvements to be a 5 star product. It all feels very solid and well thought out. Itâs elegant and fits nicely in the fridge. It even comes with cleaning tools. However, I immediately noticed that the clips holding the top to the pitcher are not very secure – they donât snap positively into place. It holds together but not very reassuring. Then, as I was washing it after the first use (yes, it worked great, and was easy to empty the filter thanks to the removable end caps), I noticed that the top cap filter element was already tearing away from the plastic body – see photo. With a bit of gentle prodding, it pulled apart around a third of the circumference and then held securely the rest of the way. I think itâs just a case of being heated unevenly or misaligned a bit during the fabrication process but itâs disappointing. I am still going to keep using it (that top filter screen doesnât really do much, as far as I can tell) and hope it was an isolated defect. If any other areas of the filter come apart, Iâll update this review.UPDATE: the seller contacted me after I posted my review and offered to replace the product for me. When the replacement arrived, I inspected the filter and saw no sign of separation or incomplete adhesion. The clips holding the pitcher to the top also seem slightly more secure. Based on the new product being free of flaws, and the sellerâs proactive effort to resolve the problems that I identified, Iâve revised my rating to 5 stars.

Good cold brew maker, it’s compact, easy to fill, and store in the fridge without taking up an excess amount of space. Pouring from this cold brew pitcher is easy and the handle is comfortable to hold. I like that there are measurement indicators on the middle filter so adjustment of grounds for a particular brew are easier. The mesh used for this filter portion is very fine and almost plastic like feeling which is a bit odd but it works. I like that the center grounds filter has a handle that makes it easy to remove and dispose of grounds. It helps to minimize mess and easy to clean.

I usually prefer glass containers but this is an alright alternative. While it may look a little pricey for something that’s entirely made of plastic, the design makes up for it by being functional and practical. The container feels durable and well made, unlike some cheap plastic items, this should last for years to come.Furthermore, I like how easy and smooth it is to use this pitcher. The handle feels great as it’s thick enough to grasp on to and can handle the weight of the liquid inside the pitcher. The rectangle build of the container makes it easy to slip into my fridge. The lid snaps on and prevents spills well, I knocked it over once accidentally before and no mess was made. It even pours nicely which is actually a problem I had with my previous pitcher. The only thing I have to mention is that the mesh works almost TOO well. It’s very fine so if you stuff it too full of leaves or ground beans, water has a hard time reaching the centre. If you’re doing the full 120g for the extra bold flavour, chances are you’ll want a coarser grind and larger leaves, or whatever you choose to brew with. Regardless, this just means it’s a well made mesh that actually blocks out debris from getting into the liquid.All-in-all, I’m a fan, and will most likely be using this pitcher for many years to come.

EDIT: The seller reached out and took the issue very seriously. With the help of photos/videos I was able to describe the issue, and the seller sent me a replacement product. The replacement functions as intended; there are no clasp issues on the replacement brewer. 10/10 for seller; 10/10 for product.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I wanted to love this thing. It is plastic, which I normally shy away from, but the plastic is high quality and extremely robust. Everything comes apart and is super easy to clean, which I appreciate immensely. The filter is amazing, it catches even espresso-size grains – nothing gets through it.The one thing that ruined it for me is the clasp of the top. Of the two clasps holding the top of it to the jug itself, one just doesn’t catch on its lip. It flaps up, and it’s impossible to clamp it down. The result is a half-open, askew jug, which is a spilling hazard, nevermind that anything can get into it this way, including bugs and scary fridge smells. If the clasp were fixed (and you don’t mind plastic) this would be a 10/10 item.
