Benefits & Use Cases
This cookware set is ideal for home chefs seeking a balance of performance and elegance. The aluminum core ensures that heat spreads evenly across the bottom and sides of each vessel, enabling consistent cooking without hot zones. This is especially beneficial when preparing delicate sauces, caramelizing onions, or achieving a perfect sear on meats. The 18/8 stainless steel exterior is not only durable but also non-reactive, meaning it won’t impart metallic tastes or alter the flavor profile of your food—even with prolonged contact with acidic ingredients. The set’s compatibility with all major cooktop types makes it a flexible investment for kitchens equipped with older or newer appliances.
Beyond its functional advantages, the Martha Stewart Vintage collection stands out for its visual appeal. The brushed finish and classic silhouette add a touch of sophistication to countertops and open shelving, complementing farmhouse, industrial, and traditional décor styles. While the set does not feature a non-stick coating, its smooth stainless steel interior allows for easy food release when properly preheated and used with adequate oil or fat. The sturdy, riveted handles provide a secure grip and remain cool during typical cooking tasks, enhancing user safety and comfort.
Whether you’re building your first cookware set or upgrading from basic aluminum or cast iron pieces, this collection offers a reliable foundation for expanding your culinary repertoire. From weeknight stir-fries to holiday roasts, the set supports a broad spectrum of cooking methods with consistent quality. Please review the product image gallery to view detailed perspectives of the cookware, including close-ups of the handles, lids, and overall build quality. Keep in mind that color representation may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings. To maintain optimal performance and appearance, clean each piece with mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth—avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the integrity of the tri-ply bonds and prevent warping over time. Metal utensils can be used safely, though care should be taken to avoid excessive scratching. Always allow the cookware to cool completely before washing or storing, and ensure it is fully dry to prevent moisture-related issues.

Terrible quality – avoid these pans if you actually want to cook
I wish I could give these pans zero stars. After months of struggling with them, I feel completely misled by all the hype around âpremium stainless steel.â These are hands-down the worst pans Iâve ever used in my kitchen. From day one, they have never worked as advertised. I followed every bit of advice on how to properly heat them, preheated carefully, used just the right amount of oil, and even adjusted the heat levels. Still, everything sticksâeggs, veggies, meatsâyou name it. Itâs impossible to get a good sear or cook anything without leaving half the food fused to the bottom. I spend more time scraping and cleaning than cooking, and itâs beyond frustrating. The worst part is that these pans arenât cheap, so I really expected better. I thought the sticking might improve over time, but if anything, itâs just gotten worse. Itâs beyond disappointing, especially since I invested in these with the expectation theyâd last.Iâm past the return window, but Iâm really hoping the company will make this right. I honestly feel like Iâm due a refund for this nightmare purchase. Please save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere if you want pans that actually work!

Cleans up real easy
These were purchased for my Wife, and she loves them. The most important thing is the fact that you do not have to worry about some kind of coating flaking off inthe food.

So far so good. Not sure about the stainless steel, but I like them so far
This is actually a beautiful set. I love the stainless steel and the look of the gold handles. I have been so used to nonstick pans but I decided to see what Martha Stewart has to offer these days. I’m a little unsure of the stainless steel and if everything is going to stick come on but honestly this is a great set and I use olive oil with everything as needed anyway. There are measurements on the inside of the pots which is really handy and each pot has a cover and one lid does double duty on a sauce pan as well as the double steamer pot. The first thing I made in any of these pans was just a little breakfast with a couple of eggs. There was a little sticky spot in the middle of the pan which easily washed off with a little scrubbing. In the directions it also includes some ways to get those little sticky areas off such as baking it off with a little bit of water in the pan poor sunlight scrubbing, etc. Also this seems to be obvious and I didn’t have this issue but with these pans since the handle is metal they can also heat up and get very hot so you have to be aware of that . I think a little sticking is should be expected with stainless steel but offers a nicer option without the toxicity that can come with using non-stick pans. So far I love them. I think I will just have to adjust to being non-toxic! 🙂

Everyday pan
When I saw âEverydayâ in the name of this pan, I thought it was simply a marketing statement. But⦠after receiving it a week ago, I realized that weâve used this pan every day since receiving it, so the name fits for us.This is a beautiful pan with the riveted brass handles and lid. (see pic) The finish is satin, not highly polished. It is a suitable size, 3.5 quart, for our household of two. The pan includes markings on the interior for measuring volume as well as the Martha Stewart logo on the bottom. (see pics). Cleanup has been simple and easy. I generally do not put pans into the dishwasher and do not plan to put this one into the dishwasher.I use this pan on a gas range so I canât comment on how it performs on other types of ranges. It does not have the typical thick bottom core found on pans used with induction ranges, so I tested it with a magnet, as you do to see if a pan is induction compatible. The pan is magnetic, so it should work fine with induction. The lighter weight is great for agility and when cleaning and I find it to be thick enough for good heat distribution and to hold up to everyday use. There was no use or care guide included, nor any recipes included.Tonightâs dinner is homemade meatballs with homemade tomato sauce prepared in this pan (see pic) , with homemade spaghetti. Yum. I hope this review has been helpful for you.

Trying to love themâ¦
They really arenât that great. Definitely mid grade, not easy to clean, thereâs a lot of difference in quality. Some are really shiny others are more dull they almost look like they were from two different sets. The lids are awful, they donât have a vent so they bubble and clatter while boiling or cooking rice. Wanted to love them but reallllly wish I wouldnât have bought them. I cook a lot and I donât see them holding up.
