Beautiful!
I don’t like my house completely dark and tend to leave small lights on around the house. If I get up in the middle of the night or there is an emergency I need to be able to see where I’m going. I have a lamp on the table next to where I sit on the couch but it is not bright enough to read by even with a brighter bulb. I leave it on 24/7 along with a small Ikea desk light for when I need more light. I would prefer to find something that does the job of both lights. When I saw this lamp available as a free promotional I ordered it in the leopard design. It’s a beautiful lamp. It was easy to put together even without needing the enclosed vague instructions. I did get confused with putting the shade together, I was trying to put the gold mylar side on the outside and couldn’t figure out how it was supposed to clip together. Once I looked at the photos I realized I was supposed to have the gold mylar inside and the black side out. So after putting it together and installing the bulb, I was disappointed to see that the upper light is not bright enough for me to read. I know this is due to the bulb, which is 5w, roughly 50 watts in incandescent wattage. The max wattage for most lamps is 60, so a brighter bulb might be needed. I know requirements vary and I’m an older woman who needs reading glasses and sufficient light to read and 50w aren’t enough. I’ll figure out which bulb will work the best for me. Now down to the nightlight. The lights are standard wired fairy lights wound around the pole. They do not give as much light as I had hoped but you can still see enough to walk through the living room. I love the leopard and like that it can stay on separately. For now I leave the night light on and shut off the upper light. I hope that if the fairy lights malfunction I’ll be able to replace them without too much fuss. Either way, I like the light and with a little adjustment it will fit the reason I wanted it. Highly recommend.My only issue with this method is hook and loop closure is very noticeable. I may try to adjust it later to see if I can conceal it better. Another problem that isn’t the fault of the lamp makers is; the mylar is static and I can see cat hairs on the inside, while the outer fabric also holds onto cat hair as well. As I put this right behind me at the corner of the sofa, it will be subjected to air currents, shedding cats and a lazy person that doesn’t think it’s a high priority to keep things spotless. We’ll see how that works when summer temps cause the fans to come on and the fur to fly.

Stunner of a Floor Lamp – Elegant, Well-Made, and a Nice Addition to Living Room
As many reviewers have already stated, this lamp is a real head-turner. It’s extremely elegant and unique – I can’t say I’ve seen anything quite like it before. It was very easy to assemble and comes with the bulbs! I also very much appreciate that the lamp has two independent switches to control the main light and night light. I love having night lights around the house, especially in the winter (now) since there is so little sunlight this time of year.The main 5w bulb that comes with it is a little too dim for my purposes, especially since the lamp shade is dark and not much light gets through it, so keep that in mind if you are seeking to considerably brighten up your space. But for most purposes, this will serve you well, whether it’s in your living or family room or other room where you entertain guests. I guarantee you will get a LOT of compliments! ð¤©My only concern with this lamp is what to do when the nightlight fails. I THINK I can just unscrew the enclosure, and replace the bulb, but for now I am just going to leave it as it is so avoid damaging it. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend this classy, beautiful lamp. It will surely be an elegant addition to any home, and for me, a very easy five stars. ð

Beautiful floor lamp
So pretty! I love the light that illuminates and reflect on the gold inner shade. It sparkles! The lamp stood well and sturdy on carpet floors. I use both the main lamp and night light. They have separate switches so you can have both on, off or one or the other. I wish the main light has more than one brightness level. This was easy to put together.

Great size, beautiful design.
First of all, I really like how this came packaged. Great usage of space- which both protects it and cuts down on waste. It all comes attached by the cord, so you just pull it out and twist each piece together. The lamp itself is a great height, and I really like how solid it is. Luckily it’s well made because when I pulled out the glass vase part it rolled off my couch onto my hard floors. And I’m so lucky nothing broke, so that’s a testament to how well made it is. The base is thick and very heavy, which is a huge plus because my robot vacuums tend to run into things a lot, and I know theres no way my vacuum will be able to knock the lamp over. Overall I really like this lamp, easy setup, great illumination, looks very elegant and expensive, and even comes with a light bulb. I would say the quality matches the price!
