Thought it was about time for an upgrade and definitely picked the right one! We have hadâ¦issues with certain household members not locking the deadbolt at night. The reason I chose this lock is it can accommodate multiple users AND has an auto lock feature. My main takeaways are1. Extremely EASY Install. You really donât need to know anything about doors. Instructions are crystal clear. The hardest part was removing the old deadbolt.2. It looks slick. Very modern design. The look and feel are âexpensiveâ. Sits flush on both sides on my door after install.3. Several ways you can use it. âOldâ style lock and key, fingerprint, passcode, AND voice (via Alexa).4. The app is great and easy to use. No more worrying if it is locked or not. The app also works with Alexa.5. Voice prompt is nice, a little added security that itâs doing what you want it to do.6. You can add multiple fingerprints and passcodes. Everyone in the family can have their own!7. I takes batteries but I personally think that is a benefit. I do not enjoy disassembling and charging devices. The batteries are easily replaced.Enormously satisfied with this purchase. I canât believe I waited so long to try one of these out. I will be definitely be getting one for the back door and I think this will make a great Christmas gift for a few people.

Really like the sturdiness and programmability of these locks. Multiple ways to open these locks. The app is intuitive and easy to program and use. Can add users and share access to locks. Great value.

I got this lock so I donât have to use keys! However the key pad always malfunctions and you have to keep putting in the code! Not good when you need to pee!

Solid Lock
Good lock. installation is not too hard and if you already have a deadbolt it should only take a screwdriver (included). Does require the app to setup the codes etc. the app can be a little buggy but once you get in and set up it’s good. the lock comes with 2 keys and 2 nfc tags you can program to the lock through the app. I will use with employees because you can program a one time code.

Sleek looking but few downfalls
So I really like this because it’s sleek looking. My husband also used the l40 and loved that all around so we got the l60 for home. Installation was not 10 minutes. It would have been but the internal wire they use is very long so it kept bunching up on the locking mechanism so whenever you would go to lock it would jam and errors would arise. After I would say about 1 hour we finally got the wire in the perfect position so it wouldn’t interfere with it. Now it works. Set up of the app didn’t seem super difficult but I feel that it’s being alittle finicky. Like this morning the app was saying unlocked but wouldn’t let us lock it. It kept freezing. Finally door is locked and all is good right now. I did put the key on our key ring as a just incase. We also live in the Midwest so it does get cold here. So we shall see how this handles as time goes on. The fingerprint recognition I feel could be a little better. Had to redo it a few times. But maybe that was just us. I would say if you need a functional lock then go with this but be prepared you may have to mess with it for installation so it locks smoothly. I can’t say how it will hold up but I’ll update at another time.

NO SUPPORT!
The lock is ok. It’s the instructions and total lack of support for US customers that’s the problem here. Instructions are vague such as: press button with an arrow pointing to a diagram where there is no button. So call tech support right? Yeah, M-F 830am to 230pm. Poor hours and the line was “closed for maintenance” for 2 days and counting. What was supposed to be a 10 minute installation (according to the box) took hours due to NO AVAILABLE TECH SUPPORT. It’s installed and working but with several of the options that are needed to make it a true smart lock not loaded because of no clear instructions and NO SUPPORT FROM THE PEOPLE THAT MADE IT. BETTER OPTIONS out there buy them instead.
