Quality ceramic skillet!
This ceramic skillet is very nice. It has a little weight to it and feels high quality. It cooked eggs without them sticking and cleaned up easily. Iâm very happy with this and will get more sizes after seeing this one in person.

Eggs do not stick
I only use this for eggs since its small. I like how the eggs do not stick at all. I use a little bit of olive oil and the eggs just slide around the pan.

This pan is better than most, and I hope the finish will last. Eggs because of the protein stick in many pans. And this one is no different. I still had eggs stick at times, especially for overeasy. A light amount of oil helps. The pan does work well for many other dishes and wipes clean easily.

Green cooking
Loving my ceramic pans! Follow the instructions before your initial cook. I’m using an eclectic stove top for these pans. Even heating, I’m so used to having to cook on one side of the pan with my old ones, that this is a welcome upgrade. The food in the pan cooks evening. Nice and heavy pans, good strong long handles. I’m already looking for more sizes (one smaller and one larger one that’s deep with a lid) from this brand. Happy about the “safe” cooking surface, threw away my older ones due to flaking. I’m hopeful these will be part of my cooking arsenal for many years to come.

This pan works really well and is really non stick. It is the perfect sizer for eggs, little pancakes, grilled cheese, and other smaller food items. It heats evenly and is a great pan.

These pans are the best investment that I have made in the last five years. I wish to heaven that Iâd have bought them years ago. They clean up perfectly with only a wipe and hot water. No sticking , no burning, they are worth every penny!

Not Nonstick – Stains
The good: a solid pan, well balanced, excellent handles good heat distributionThe bad – the non-stick coating is junk. I worked ok the first few times but quickly lost it ability. If you buy, NEVER cook on high heat. All but one of our pans have permanent dark marks, even SOS pads wont make them clean. I will not buy these ever again and in fact will donate them to the thrift shop and buy all new stainless fry pans.
