Benefits & Use Cases
This standing desk is engineered to support healthy, dynamic work habits. Frequent switching between sitting and standing helps improve circulation, reduce back strain, and boost energy levels—especially beneficial during extended workdays. The L-shape allows users to arrange monitors and accessories on either side, minimizing twisting motions and promoting better posture. The included keyboard tray encourages neutral wrist positioning, reducing the risk of repetitive stress injuries. Meanwhile, the adjustable RGB lighting reduces eye fatigue in low-light conditions and enhances concentration when working under dimmer environments. Ideal for hybrid workspaces, home offices, creative studios, or study areas, the desk’s compact footprint fits snugly in apartments, bedrooms, or shared rooms without overwhelming the space. Many customers appreciate how the combination of ample storage, reliable motorized adjustment, and ambient lighting creates a fully self-contained, distraction-free zone tailored to individual workflows.
Assembly & Practical Considerations
While no specific warranty terms are provided in the source material, assembly is reported by users to be intuitive thanks to pre-drilled screw holes, numbered components, and step-by-step guidance. The desk comes with all necessary hardware, including support brackets and mounting rails compatible with both desktop panels. Before installation, ensure adequate floor space to accommodate the full L-shaped footprint and allow room for leg movement during height adjustments. Users should avoid placing heavy loads beyond recommended limits on moving components like the keyboard tray or shelf. The built-in power strip supports standard electronics but is intended primarily for low-to-medium draw devices—avoid plugging in high-wattage appliances such as heaters or microwaves directly through the desk’s outlets. For best results, pair the desk with anti-fatigue mats if using standing positions frequently.
Design Aesthetics & Finish Options
Available in two refined finishes—dark wood and natural wood—the desk complements a range of interior styles from minimalist modern to warm rustic. The clean lines and matte surface resist fingerprints and scratches, maintaining a polished look over time. Integrated cable management channels along the frame help conceal power cords and device cables, contributing to a clutter-free appearance. The LED light strip runs discreetly beneath the desktop edge, casting soft, even illumination across the work surface without glare. This thoughtful integration of form and function ensures the desk not only performs well but also enhances the visual appeal of your workspace.
Customer Feedback Highlights
Multiple users have noted that the desk offers excellent value for its price, particularly praising the smooth motorized adjustment, solid build quality, and thoughtful inclusion of charging ports and lighting. Several reviewers highlighted how the L-shape accommodates dual-monitor setups more effectively than traditional rectangular desks, while others appreciated the keyboard tray and headphone hook for everyday convenience. Some mentioned that initial assembly requires attention to detail due to numerous small parts, but overall found the process manageable with the included instructions. No official ratings or return policy details were specified, so potential buyers should verify current policies with the seller before purchasing.

Such a good product for the price
I was a little skeptical when I came upon this desk, but I loved the natural wood coloring and it had everything I needed, plus some things I didn’t know I needed. I put this desk together, by myself and it really wasn’t that hard at all. It took me a solid hour and a half to put it together, but working alone, I’d say that’s not too terrible. The desk went together without much fuss and is very sturdy. The only thing I’d like is if the memory setting automatically engaged to bring the desk up or down vs me having to press an arrow button then the memory setting (sometimes you have to press it more than once) to get the desk to automatically move up or down dependant on the setting. However, that is such a minor thing for me, which is why I didn’t deduct points from the review; but if that is a deal breaker for you, at least you know up front. Otherwise, the desk is beautiful, functional and gives me so much more space than my old desk. The bonus was having the power strip inlaid in the desk as well as the spot to hang a purse/bag/headphones. All-in-all I’d say you can’t go wrong with this desk!

Incredible value
I donât think I have reviewed anything Iâve ever bought on Amazon, but felt that I should make one for this desk. For the price I paid, I am shocked with how nice and functional it is. Seems to be high quality, has lots of surface space, and is quiet when raising and lowering height. For the cost I canât think of any purchase I have made that was a better buy. Only minor con I can think of is that at full height it is a couple inches shorter than I would ideally like, but I am 6â3â so if youâre shorter it shouldnât be any issue.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced on Amazon (plus a few notes on dimensions)
I’ve never purchased a desk sight-unseen and was highly wary of doing so, but based on the cost, good reviews, and L-shaped style with some extras (including the keyboard tray) I was willing to give it a try. Upon receiving the desk I was very impressed with the packing. It’s heavy but very fortified inside to keep parts from being damaged. The instructions were very straightforward (for once) and well written. Also, I was very impressed by the build quality. Although the desk is pressboard/fiberboard with a laminate top, it looks good and feels solid. All of the screws and metal parts are machined very nicely and fit snugly. This feels like a desk from a higher-end manufacture. It’s not amazing, but definitely very good quality. It does take some time to put this together (lots and lots of allen wrench screws) but once constructed it feels solid and looks great. A couple of things to note about the size:- The bottom or ‘desk’ portion is only about 19.5″ deep.- The top or ‘monitor’ shelf is about 7.5″ deep.- Because of the design and top shelf overlap you have about 22 1/4″ from the front of the desk to the back of the top shelf.- Also, due to the design, there is a 2″ gap of desk space underneath the top shelf (see photos). In other words, the bracket that holds the top shelf sticks back from the desktop about 2″. This is a strange design choice to me as you could add another 2″ to the desk surface under the top shelf and not have the brackets stick out further. It might look cool, but is definitely somewhat less functional. I am debating cutting a 2″ strip of plywood, painting it black, and securing it to the brackets to extend the desktop area. This way I could slide my computer, speakers and other items a bit further back and have more ‘desktop’ space. All that being said, I’m extremely happy with this desk. Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Rolanstar (via the Amazon email/contact seller link). Initially, when I adjusted the legs up or down there was a loud ‘clunk’ before the legs started moving. I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to respond and help me solve the issue. It took a few back and forths to figure out the best solution but they were always very friendly and accommodating. I did have to wait some time for replacement parts to arrive, but again, they were quick to help and this has truly been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had on Amazon!I did install the LEDs under the top shelf and they’re kinda cool (though I debated whether to bother installing at all) but, due to the glossy nature of the laminate, the single LEDs can be seen as little dots along the the desk. It’d be much nicer if these were diffused in some way. Or, just don’t bother installing them.At any rate, I have my fingers crossed this desk will work well into the future. As of now, it sure feels like it will. I’d say if you are on the fence, take a chance.

Very Nice Desk, Minor Issues
I finally broke down and bought this height-adjustable desk after four years of working from my kitchen table. It took me 3.5 hours to assemble because I was alone, but the instructions are pretty easy to follow. It looks great and I am SO happy to have a proper work space again. Everyone who has seen the desk in my house has commented on how good it looks. The only cons are fairly minor:1. The controls to adjust the height seem to be only in metrics and I havenât been able to see how to switch to imperial (or if thatâs even possible). No big deal; it just requires some conversion.2. I would have liked to see some built-in cable management. Itâs kinda driving me crazy.3. This is a bigger issue – the keyboard tray sits MUCH too low (4.5â below the work surface) and isnât adjustable. When I have the work surface adjusted for my height, Iâm having to slouch in order to type, which completely defeats the purpose of having a height-adjustable desk. I was able to mitigate the problem somewhat by buying a floating shelf block of wood to set on the tray and boost my keyboard up, but Iâll be looking for a more permanent solution. The main problem with swapping out the keyboard tray will be finding something that fits; the work surface is a little narrow and the underside is pretty much taken up by the deskâs own hardware. The photo of the keyboard tray shows WITH the extra block of wood I added.Still, it really is a nice desk for the price and I can live with the flaws.

Using for work from home
I really like having the extra space on the side, the shelf for the monitors, and drawer for the keyboard. No issues with the raising and lowering of the desk after having it for about a year. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. One issue is if you like to cross your legs, there isnât a ton of space under the drawer for the keyboard.

Works and looks great – love the lights
I love that this is an L desk that fits the space and allows me to stand. No issues with the mechanics up and down. Love the outlets in the desk and the lights. The lights can flash or be a solid color. These are my desk nights flashing at night from outside. Itâs so festive!

Good desk. Work for me, and I’m about 184 cm tall. Note that the main width (not including the top shelf) is actually 50 cm, not 57 cm. Also, my instruction book came with a typo; step 7 actually requires 4 E screws, but the booklet erroneously says you need 2 D screws and 2 E screws. This meant that we ended up one E screw short. The table is stable. It does not woble for me. Make sure you screw very tight for all metal connections, as I can see how you could get a lot of wobbliness if you don’t do so. However, don’t go that tight with screwing the wood – metal connections as the wood is (unfortunately) made of particles.Overall very good desk. It’s the only desk that I found that was in an L shape, had a keyboard tray, and was adjustable. The desk also comes with a very solid power bank with 4 outlets, 2 USBA and 1 USBC, and a headphone hanger for 2 headphones. The shelf is extremely useful to put monitors on too, opening up the entire main desk for you to do whatever you want.

Hello everyone. I just finished assembling this table yesterday (Started a little late due to renovations), and let me say that it was a blast knowing just how far my money went with this purchase. I bought this table for under 300 dollars with tax (when the sale was greater than it currently is. and while setting it up I couldn’t help but notice that it felt like a 500-700 dollar table in terms of quality of material, style, ease of setup and great instructions, etc… Not to mention that the thing is frickin adjustable! had it not been adjustable, I still would have thought it was a good deal, but the fact that it is electronically adjustable just makes it incredible. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has enough room for it.

The product works as advertised! When we first received the product, there was a crack in the wood desk portion. The service team was super responsive and within a couple of days had absolutely went miles above and beyond in correcting it. I cannot recommend them highly enough given the superb service we received. The desk setup was straightforward- if you’ve set up anything similar to Ikea, you’ll be good to go here. They provided extras of all of the screws, etc, so absolutely no issues there.

Good quality, a bit wobbly. Looks a bit tacky though.
