hardware is great, once you actually receive it
So, this product is great. Nothing bad to say about it. Great, great value, and price is outstanding. Compare to local stores and you’ll see that it’s a good value. The PROBLEM is with the original mfr: they are putting CLEAR PLASTIC WRAP on the box. Inside the plastic, are those thin but tough white ‘bands’ that are used on heavy boxes. The white bands and cardboard is enough. Attention mfr: stop putting plastic around it! The problem is that UPS (in my case) would go to pull this very HEAVY box off a shelf, and the weight of the product would cause that plastic to RIP OFF. There goes the shipping label. I spent DAYS on the phone with both Amazon and UPS, trying to find my boxes. I only learned what was happening when ONE (of the 2) boxes finally arrived, and I happened to be outside when the UPS person was there. He told me and then showed me, how the plastic wrap was shredded, and it was barely hanging on. When Amazon puts labels on such items, they should also initiate a policy to make a slit in the plastic wrap and put the SHIPPING LABEL on the cardboard box itself, not on the outer plastic wrap. I lost 2 of these items, having to get credit from Amazon, re-ordering, etc. It was a nightmare. And it all started with the manufacturer making a poor decision to put cheap plastic wrap around the entire box. So if you’re willing to wait and are NOT on any schedule to install your barn doors, go for it.

Great Product
This is a very solid product and looks awesome. Just got done with a DIY project and it was easy to install. The only issue I had was the predrilled holes are 16â on center (normal spacing because of stud location) but the studs didnât line up. I drilled another hole in the steel and things worked out great. I had to use 5 titanium drill bits to get through the steel. I know that sounds extreme but, how great is it to actually get a product that is really that sturdy. Great buy.

Missing 2 door stops
Somehow our kit was missing 2 of the 4 door stops. Any idea how I can get the other 2? all 4 are definitely needed to prevent the doors from banging together, as well as running off the track.Thanks,
