Great lock with good options!
At first, the lock wasn’t opening when I punched in the code. There was a card in the product box that asked that a call be made to the manufacturer to resolve any issue before the product is returned to Amazon, so I decided to give them a call.The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and took time to walk me through several scenarios to get to the root of the problem. He patiently waited while I unloaded the batteries and followed his instructions to try a reset. After several attempts, he surmised that the problem may be that the keyboard is faulty and that they would send a new unit.I received a follow-up email the same day with additional steps to take to try to resolve the issue. It turns out that the problem was with me and not the product. There is a button on the keypad that needs to be pressed before and after the access code is entered. Once I figured this out, the lock was working perfectly.So far, this product has been working flawlessly; I would purchase again, and I highly recommend.

You can also set time-limited access for added security, so no more worrying about who has access when. Itâs super easy to manage up to 50 codes and view the lock history in real-time. The notifications I receive through the app when the lock is accessed are very reassuring. Yeah, no one can get in my house now without me knowing!! This lock integrates seamlessly with other smart home systems like Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings, which makes automation super easy. For example, Iâve set up an automation where my lights turn on automatically when I unlock the doorâsuch a convenient feature and nice when it’s super dark outside! The auto-lock and auto-unlock functions are fantastic as well. The door sensor ensures that the door locks itself if I forget to do so, and it automatically unlocks when I approach with my smartphone in my pocket. I like it. The deadbolt works pretty well. I recommend good batteries and hiding the spare key to the deadbolt someplace safe in case the batteries are dead. It does alert me to jamming which isn’t the issue, if the deadbolt doesn’t lock smoothly, it reports a jam.

I didn’t know unlocking a house or door lock using NFC technology was even a thing but I’m glad it’s here it’s really impressive and it’s simple to use and considering almost everybody and their mother always has a phone with them you’re more likely to have lost your keys or a tag or even your thumbprint before you lose your phone lolThe installation of this lock wasn’t any more complex than if you were just installing a simple basic key one but it has a ton more bells and whistles.The app is really cool cuz you can basically monitor who is going in and out your house and how often and what time from the comfort of anywhere whether it be at work or sitting at the airport.And if you have other devices or security systems or whatever of the same brand you can keep them all in one app without the need to have multiple apps on your phone eating up space.

Si por alguna razón, alguna pieza del kit no se puede instalar en tu puerta, puedes usar la pieza que ya tienes en tu cerrojo actual y va a funcionar.Importante señalar, que la primera vez que se usa no abrió de manera total de forma automática, se atascaba. Se soluciona usando un poco de WD40 y listo.A veces tarda unos segundos en conectarse al celular y abrir con la aplicación, pero no es nada que sea más incómodo que llevar llave fÃsica a todos lados. Muy bueno en general.

I love this!It works great, it’s quick to open, and the app has so many features.The only complaint I have is that I haven’t been able to successfully connect it to my Alexa…it’s not a huge issue, I’d probably never even use that command but the fact that it’s supposed to be an option and that I bought the kit to specifically work with Alexa, it’s a little annoying – for that, 4 stars.But besides that, no complaints.
