They work great
I recently purchased a bi-fold door kit for my closet and I am thrilled with the product. The kit was very easy to install. I did not like the pivot it came with because it has to attach to the ground and may need to be raised due to how high you install your doors, which is why I also ordered Alamic Door Pivot Hinges Heavy Duty Hinges for Doors Stainless Steel Pivot Door Hinge System. I used the top hinge as a replacement for the pivot mechanism.The bi-fold door kit is made of high-quality materials that look and feel very sturdy. There’s nothing to say. I think this is the best product I found recently. It works perfectly, slides very smoothly, and the quality is very solid. It helps me solve the need of a small door opening in my basement very well. I read some negative reviews and gave me some advice. The installation manual and parts really confused me at first. I contacted their staff, and they responded to me very quickly and provided me with their latest version of the installation manual. This is much clearer and more helpful than the version attached to the package. I am very satisfied with such products and services. If I still need, I must say that I will choose them again, which is really greatï¼

Great solution to a hard to open bifold door!
One of our closets has bifold doors on it and it has always been hard to open, you needed to use two hands, one to pull the handle and the other to push the door open. We installed this hardware on the current doors and it is a breeze to open now! We did realize upone hanging it that the doors do not cover the entire opening now, a 2 inch gap at one end of the closet but that was our error in that we should have realized an inset set of doors wouldnât cover the opening when placed in front of the door trim. Not a big deal as this closet is at the top of the stairs that lead to the basement so the gap is only seen when going downstairs. Eventually we will build new doors that will fit perfectly with this hardware but for now we are just happy to be able to open the closet without pulling a muscle. Thank you for inventing this unique hardware!

Horrific directions
I’ve put up many barn door kits but this is my first swivel kit. Instructions??? ð There are no instructions. They send you a booklet which is more a product list and it’s up to you to figure out by the terrible photos what goes where. I spent over 3 hours installing one door and unfortunately I purchased 5 that I won’t be using now and can’t return. It is very different than installing a straight barn door kit. The stoppers or end guides are very different and the screw that holds it in place on the track easily stripped out. Was hoping these doors would fold flat against each other but they can’t bc the rollers touch each other at top. I was hoping for the doors to be able to slide completely out of door frame but thet do not or cannot. So I lost inches in door frame bc doors are in way about 2 to 3 inches when fold up. Probably the only way to eliminate that is to buy a much larger door for opening to cover gaps. Also the track is crap!!!!!! Why in the world does anyone send you a track in pieces??? A better quality door uses ones straight metal rod. Having to piece together the track makes it even harder to use if not installed properly. Definitely not a fan. Probably ok for anyone who doesn’t mind the folded door being in the way of door frame some. Not a problem if used for closet maybe but I was using for bathroom and needed the space for wheelchair to pass through door. Doesn’t work well. But again putting it together is hard unless you have a true carpenter mind and have done these before….the swivel kind that is. Oh and you’ll have to install something on bith sides door to open and close if using anywhere other than closet.

There were a few frustrations:1. The spliced rail is TIGHT. It does come together, but only after swearing a bit. It’s definitely secure though, which is great.2. The instructions are full of illustrations with far too much unnecessary measurements information and no word instructions. There is plenty of space to say ” Screw part A into part B”, etc.3. Imperial measurements on the instructions are in smaller type than metric. There’s plenty of room to make it bigger type!4. What are the wooden dowels for? They’re pictured, but no explanation why or where they go. They’re likely an alternative to a ledger board (which I’d actually recommend using for added stability.)5. No stoppers to secure at the ends of the rail like so many other manufacturers offer. For almost $200 for this kit, surely you can throw in 2 pieces of $.50 hardware? I added in furniture bumpers that I screwed into my ledger board.6. The screws to attach the hinges are too long. You’ll need to buy shorter. Annoying (and I’m not the first to mention).All that said, it seems to be good and sturdy quality; a couple of scratches on the hardware were annoying given it is a new, unopened product. *Fixed by good old Sharpie* Use common sense while putting the thing together. The instructions are both too much and not enough.

Love the product, great quality. The instructions are terrible, takes way longer than it needs to in order to figure things out and I consider myself to be quite handy. Best to google barn door no-fold and watch the video of a couple ladies. Wished I had looked for the video first instead of when I was frustrated.
