Super awesome
This is the best purchase. I love it and all functions work well. The finger print sometimes takes two to three times to detect but everything else is on point. It was so easy to install. I have three locks on my door and it eliminated one because they were too close together but that’s no issue for me. I love this lock and my daughter, husband and myself never get locked out of the house anymore because we forgot our keys. I love this lock and door knob. I highly recommend. It looks really nice and it seems to be built with good quality.

Pros: looks great, easy to install, many ways to lock/unlock (app, key, fingerprint, card, code), app is fairly user friendly, can add many users with personalized codes and fingerprints, can add access for permanent, timed or one-time use, auto lock feature that can be turned off or set for a specific length of timeCons: no way to adjust the sensitivity of the keypad that I can find. We are having to press on the keypad multiple times before the screen lights up in order to enter the code, no simple touch lock, meaning you have to activate the screen so you can press and hold the # in order to lock it if you are not using the auto lock feature. Many other models have a button that can be seen at all times that is used to lock the door or to activate the screen for use, auto lock inly works if you use the lock/unlock button when leaving if you use the dial to unlock then the auto lock does not activate when you close the door, must be super close to the door in order to change anything which is all done from the app ( adding fingerprints, codes, changing the settings etc) so I don’t understand why you have to stand right next to it in order to make changes, fingerprint sensor is a bit finicky as well as it takes me at least 2 tries to get it to except it.Overall this is a great lock. I have a large family so being able give everyone individual access codes and fingerprint access is wonderful since they seem to lose keys left and right. I just installed this 12/26 so I will give a few weeks to see how we adjust to the quirks and if we can’t get past them then I may need to return and find a different model. I will try to remember to come back and update.

So overall, the lock is good. I wish I wouldâve read the details better and discovered that it is not Wi-Fi. It needs a bridge but thatâs my fault and I thought about buying one, but Iâm not sure if Iâm gonna keep it. And the reason is because if you manually unlock it using the knob, it does not auto lock back!? I have it switched over to green and I had it on red but it didnât work either way. If I push the button it autolock back. But not when I use the knob, which is what my daughter uses every morning so my door is left unlocked all day :(If someone can help me with that, Iâll really appreciate it. Maybe I would consider keeping it because I definitely donât want to go through the hassle of buying a new one and reinstalling it and all of that again.Also, just FYI, it uses some different type of keys not your standard.
